Perfect location for skiing.

Pros: Nice spatious apartments, walking distance from the end of the slope and the city center (but not really walking distance with the skis on your back to the cable car as described), nicer than expected spa area (decent pool, 3 saunas, cold shower, relax rooms - overall bigger than expected). Also - Canazei is by far the nicest ski resort we've seen in the area, maybe just Ortisei looked better (but that's not on the Sellaronda so was not an option for us). Also - the ski area above Canazei is just perfect, with good and fast connections to neighboring ski areas, but also really good just by itself.

Cons: Noisy bed, bedroom door not closing, a bit odd (and inefficient) to ask guests to take their own trash to the outside bins (strange as in seeing guests take the 5 differentiated garbage bags - no problem for me but would've been much more efficient to just collect them from the rooms after guests left), a bit harsh house rules (though not checked / enforced) related to strict penalties for any sort of problems (broken glass etc), which anywhere else is just cost of doing business (again, we did not break / miss anything, just odd to read such house rules). Also - for literally 10% of the price of one night they could put a toaster and a kettle in each room...

Pros: Kind personnel, rooms new, better than seems at hotel photos, exceeded our expectations. Bathrobes in the room have saved us, as our luggage was lost by Pegasus airlines and delivered for 6 days. Wellness center was also good, with great sauna and hamam. Underground parking very convenient.

Cons: No daily cleaning, but the towels were changed in the middle of the stay (4th day out of 7)

Pros: The location is perfect, right in the middle of Canazei and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Main supermarket is at a short walk distance. The apartment was cosy and clean, we had all towels changed mid-week and the 2 bedrooms were on different floors so lots of privacy. Spa is beautiful and to a standard that we wouldn't have expected from a 3 stars hotel. We used it every day and it was always super quiet. Due to other reviews we didn't choose to have breakfast at the hotel and we had dinner only once. The staff was absolutely lovely and accommodating however the menu is too expensive for vegetarian options. We have recommended this place to friends who come to Canazei regularly and would definitely choose it again.

Cons: We liked everything, just to flag that we didn't use the ski deposit because it was too far away from the Belvedere cable car and preferred paying a little extra (€3 a day) to leave equipment right next to the cable car. We expected this looking at other reviews so it wasn't an issue after all.

Very nice 3 star hotel, with very good spa.

Pros: The apartment itself is good. We were not expecting. Nice beds, bathroom and shower. The spa is amazing, swimming pool and 3 amazing saunas (especially the finish one). Complimentary tea in sauna and some snacks when relaxing after sauna. The location is good, because in the morning you go down to the lifts and you can get back by red slope on skiis when finishing your day and it ends right next to the hotel. The stuff is also very kind and helpful. Also kitchen has everything and even dishwasher. So you don't need to worry, you will have everything.

Cons: The towels were changed only once per stay. And each additional towel if you want (for spa for example) is 3.50 EUR. Also we had very noise neighbours and I know that not only us who complained about them. However, except to warning, nothing was done with them and it kept going....

Lovely stately hotel

Pros: Amazing Spa, lovely large room with balcony, very helpful reception

Pros: I enjoyed everything about my stay except for the breakfast. I cannot comment on the quality of other meals as I did not try them. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were cosy and warm and had a beautiful view.

Cons: It's way too expensive to pay 15 euros for breakfast that was of such poor quality.

Cozy apartment with terrace and big hotel SPA facilities - perfect for 7 days relaxing

Pros: Staff was very pleasant, ski lockers with heaters, well equipped kitchen, good SPA - enjoyed every day, very good value for money overall

Cons: Cleaning of the apartment, at least 2 times in 7 days, should be included in the price. Location is good, but not 200m from the ski lift, more like 450m (good thing is downhill)

Pros: Close to town centre. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wellness area is the best.

Cons: Wifi keeps stopping

Wonderful stay

Pros: Great location, near the slopes, near nice bars, 7 minutes walking from Spar supermarket. Hotel restaurant has a nice variety of tasty food for reasonable prices. Staff is very friendly. Hotel spa is included in the price and it is a nice addition to your stay (3 saunas and a warm pool). Apartment was spacy and clean. There's a ski room and garage to park your car (not included in the price).

Cons: Wouldn't recomment hotel breakfast, which costs 13 € and isn't worth it. It's better to have breakfast in the town or prepare it yourself in the apartment. We also missed a cooking kettle in our apartment.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft fußläufig zur Gondel und zur Piste.

Pros: Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral zum Skilift. Leider war die Talabfahrt nicht geöffnet, wofür die Unterkunft nichts konnte. Die Schlafcoach in unserem Apartment war für eine Coach sehr bequem. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons: Die Ausstattung an Geschirr könnte besser sein. Auch gab es keinen Toaster und keinen Wasserkocher.
