Pros: We had a blast time here! The hotel was stunning! Extra points from finnish sauna :) It was very easy to reach with public transport since the bus station was right next to hotel!

Pros: Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly polite and friendly — both on the day we checked in and when we checked out. Even though we interacted with different employees, every single one of them was exceptionally pleasant and professional, which we really appreciated. The room was spotless, quite spacious, and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The courtyard with the garden was perfect for enjoying morning and evening coffee — such a peaceful and beautiful spot. The hotel grounds were simply fantastic, and the pool and jacuzzi were absolutely wonderful! We truly loved everything about our stay here — highly recommend it 10000%!

Pros: The owner welcomed us so warmly and gave us really helpful tips about where to go and what to see around the area. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The apartment had everything we needed. nothing was missing. It felt so cozy, just like staying at our own home. The bed was super comfortable and we slept so well every night. Honestly, this place is amazing. If you’re coming to Seiser Alm, I can’t recommend it enough.

Pros: What really stood out is that this is really a family friendly environment, that still provides great opportunity to relax. Typically you have to choose between the one or the other. Not here. Rarely I came to a place and felt so comfortable right from the spot.

Pros: Excellent apartment Hotel! Very central location yet quiet, bus station and village center is just a 2 min. walk. Pizzeria, supermarket, bakery are all within 2-3 min walk. The hotel itself is very clean, rooms are spacious and swimming pool and wellness area is perfect to finish the day after beautiful hikes in Dolomite.

Perfect family-friendly apartments, great location with brilliant facilities

Pros: This place has everything! The apartments are really child-friendly and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The spa and pool is a huge bonus and the location is brilliant for exploring the area, with a short 5 minute walk to the town center.

Cons: The apartment aircon wasn't very effective, so it was a bit uncomfortable at night. It would have been great if the sauna/steam area opened earlier in the day so families with younger children could make the most of nap times!
