Lovely stay, superb staff

Pros: The staff was super helpful and strived to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Particularly appreciated the support with my small baby, they even provided a mountain stroller free of charge. Location was great.

Cons: Electric hob was a bit slow and the kitchen was generally a bit small, not conducive to family dinners

Warm and Nice place for vacation in the Ortisei

Pros: Had the most unforgettable stay over the past three days. Right from pre-check-in, the communication was always on point—the host was incredibly patient and gave me all the details I needed. She gave me detailed recommendations for my hikes and literally saved the day when I got stuck up on the mountain. She really had my back.

Well-appointed central location - value for money

Pros: Stayed for 12 days skiing The Dolomites. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with separate kitchen, main bathroom and second toilet with direct garden access (not needed in January!) Relatively close to the Seceda Cable Car (main lift up to access the Sella Ronda) - about a 4/5 minute (easy uphill) walk in ski boots as well as close to the town centre. Direct indoor and outdoor access to heated ski room with boot dryers - you can leave rental gear there and they will pick it up at the end of your rental period. Complimentary 24x7 coffee, hot chocolate etc from reception and fresh bread rolls delivered to your room each morning is a nice touch. Clean, quiet and good value for money.

Great stay, just a few tiny improvements would make it perfect.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, great facilities. Stunning town! Overall we had a great stay.

Cons: It's a little far from the main Alpe di Siusi ski area and main town. Neighbouring apartment was loud and because reception has limited hours we couldn't complain or ask for help. Reception closes early so if you want to wash at night and get change for the washing facilities, it's a problem. They ask you to separate rubbish but there is only one small bin in the kitchen. No receptacle for recycling. A toaster and microwave would have made the apartment close to perfect!

Pros: Villa Stella is a beautifully appointed & looked after property a quick 5 min stroll into the main village thoroughfare & in an excellent spot to get to each lift for skiing. We had a family apartment, which was spacious & very comfortable. The daily bread order was a lovely addition & much appreciated.

A very comfortable hotel, wish I’d never left

Pros: The staff were very helpful. The coffee machine and free biscuits and cakes were a great way to start every day. Also the morning bread delivery was good. The location was extremely convenient for lifts for both Seceda and Alpe de Suisi, and the Resciesa funicular. Parking was easy. The decor and room were very cozy, just what you need in the Dolomites.

Amazing hotel in Ortisei. Great base!

Pros: Located in a central spot (close to both cable cars). Short walk into the pedestrian area (where the supermarket is). We were upgraded to an incredible room with a balcony and views over the town.

Cons: Nothing, was incredible.

Magic location to stay in a magical region

Pros: Lots of nice touches in the property. Staff were helpful and friendly. Close to town centre and the secede chairlift without lots of uphill (that is important as it is very hilly town).
