Excellent accommodation in a detached wooden chalet and a very nice wellness with a swimming pool

Pros: Location of the hotel is perfect. About 7 minutes to the parking lot and the Olang ski lift. Very nicely located and decorated wellness with swiming pool.

Cons: Swiming pool and wellness could be open longer, at least until 10 pm! I don't know the reason why they want an additional payment in coins (3×2€) for a small bubble bath? Only the main receptionist, otherwise a very polite lady, could have greeted us with a smile more :-)...

Great place, highly recommend

Pros: Beautiful setting, modern and great layout of hotel, top quality facilities, but most of all very kind and welcoming staff.

Very special hotel

Pros: Everything about this place is special the location hidden amongst the trees the facilities are incredible and the rooms are so large which everything you need. And it’s so close to all the main hikes & lakes.

It’s really great place with nice facilities, very enjoyable and comfortable for groups.

Pros: It’s beautiful design, very comfortable that it has many useful facilities. And the best part - swimming pool :)

Cons: A little misscommunication about breakfast. One member of staff said we can get breakfast as we come to reception in the morning, but when we came, we were told all breakfast needs to be preordered. Same situation about washing facilities, one member of staff gave us instructions, then later another person said we don’t need to buy washing power as everything is there, but it wasn’t . So again we had to get back to the person and explain they are wrong, and their colleague’s instructions are right.

Lovely accommodation! Would recommend

Pros: Beautiful property with lovely staff. The spa area is stunning. Apartments were spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities

Cons: It was a bit hot without air con but if you opened all the windows enough, you got a good breeze

Amazing place to rest and unwind

Pros: Stunning scenery and everything you would need to relax and unwind after a day exploring. Loved the breakfast delivery option to your room as well. The perfect place to stay.

Pros: The facilities were wonderful and well designed, the rooms were spacious and quiet. It was a place truely for relaxation and recharging. Staff was very attentive as well as friendly.

Pros: I loved everything about the property. The hotel is very well taken care of and you can see that attention to details is impeccable. Awesome value for money. We booked chalet and it was super cozy. Spa is great! The water temperature in the outside pool was very pleasant.

Wonderful place to stay!

Pros: Canadian wooden homes are really beautiful, place is peaceful and private, big parking lot, very nice sauna/spa facility (included in price), outdoor pool is heated and really great, also resting area is beautiful. We were very nicely welcomed by staff and had great luck listening to great live music in the lounge (don't worry, it's not lasting too long or being loud, if you need to rest). Overall wonderful experience and would love to visit again!

Cons: For some of our family members the bed mattresses were too hard, while some of them liked it, while the couch bedding was too soft, but in general still quite good, so it really depends what you prefer. The rest of amenities were perfect.

Pros: We stayed in canadian home and it was amazing. Cozy vibes, friendly and welcoming staff.
