Pros: Our apartment was perfect. Beds were very comfotrtable. Washing machine was very welcome. Everything we needed for cooking was available. A generous breakfast was delivered daily and a well stocked snack and cereal trolley was topped up daily. Room attendant (Victoria) was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. Guilia went above and beyond before we even arrived. Between her and our previous hotel, they worked out how to get us to an Olympic event where the transport website was sadly lacking. Amazing customer service. Mountain scenery was spectacular.

Cons: That we had to leave.

Very good accommodation for ski trip

Pros: Perfect location, comfortable beds,rich breakfast delivered to the door ,nice decorations everywhere

Cons: Hand soap would be great addition , free toiletries was only shampoo with shower gel in one tube. Oven mentioned in description but not in the room.

Fantastic.

Pros: My family had a wonderful stay. The ladies that work at the front desk were amazingly helpful. The breakfast was very good and the parking accommodated our larger vehicle. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: W mniejszym pokoju mieliśmy wyraźnie niższą temperaturę. Zgłaszaliśmy to, ale podobno tak działa automatyczne sterowanie.
