Alpine Refuge Villa Adler

Pros: It was in a great location with a short distance to the ski slopes and across the road from a supermarket. The place was clean and comfortable with a sense of home. The owners were amazing with such attention to detail taking care of their guest each in a special way. We would definitely go back.

Highly recommended

Pros: The villa is conveniently located close to the city center and is beautifully furnished both inside and out. The common areas are tastefully designed with great attention to detail. Cleanliness is consistently excellent. The food, especially dinner, is delicious and very well presented. A heated ski storage room in the courtyard and a ski bus stop directly in front of the hotel provide easy access to the ski slopes. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with any requests. The spa area and rooftop pool are perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing.

Pros: We got treated like family. The hotel is exceptional. Every detail of the rooms and facilities and fantastic. Paulo and his family couldn’t do more for us. Recommendations of walks and day trips. To helping us book parking. Nothing was too much for them.

Villa Adler is exceptional place and made our ski trip perfect

Pros: Beautiful little hotel, renovated in good taste and attention to every detail. Very friendly welcoming owners, personal service. Rooms spacious, well equipped and nice. Clean and spotless. Great breakfast in cosy restaurant on site. Spa on 1 st floor perfect with saunas and relax area. Big hot tub on the roof- so nice to relax in after day of skiing. Ski bus to lifts stops right in front of the hotel and it runs all day. Heated ski storage in front garden.

Cosy and relaxing stay

Pros: Our room was beautiful, we took the 2 floor room with the sauna. Rooms were very spacious and beautifully designed. Super clean and comfy. We didn't use the sauna on the balcony as it could only reach 45 degrees after an hour. We also didn't need it as there is a sauna and a hamam in the building. The star was the open rooftop pool with mountain views. Just great to relax after a full day of skiing. Breakfast was really good. I had communicated my intolerances and they respected them, so many thanks and respect for that. We also had a dinner there and they made a special menu for me. Dinner was great. Paolo is very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Cons: We didn't know the room sauna is just warm and not hot. The ski lift to enter Kronplatz is 14min walk away, from the page I understood it will be 7min.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at Residence Adler with our family for our ski trip! Everything was perfect—from the warm and welcoming family who runs the place to the exceptional food. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is fantastic, with the ski bus conveniently stopping right at the front door, making access to the slopes super easy. The meals were absolutely delicious, adding to the overall wonderful experience. We can only highly recommend Residence Adler and would love to return in the future!
