Schöne Ferienwohnung mit fantastischen Aussicht

Pros: Gut ausgestattet, und was gefehlt hat, wurde ganz unkompliziert zur Verfügung gestellt

Cons: Ein Radio wäre toll gewesen und eine weitere gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmerbereich.

Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen

Pros: Die Aussicht und Lage des Appartements ist perfekt, besser geht es nicht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, gemütlich eingerichtet, ohne kitschig zu wirken. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine und ein schönes, großes Badezimmer. Wirklich sehr herzlich wurden wir von unserer Gastgeberin Marialuise in Empfang genommen. Wir haben noch nützliche Informationen über die Wohnung und Region erhalten. Sehr gut waren auch die Restaurant Empfehlungen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Pros: Die Lage des Wohnung ist super. Direkt an der Bushaltestelle. Eppan ist auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Blick ist phantastIch.

Cons: Fuer unser Bedürfnis waren die Matratzen zu weich. Andere lieben das jedoch eventuell.

Tolles Appartment mit super Ausblick

Pros: Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist außergewöhnlich schön und die Sonne scheint in der Früh auf die Terrasse. Ab dem frühen Nachmittag ist es schattig und super gemütlich und ruhig zum draußen sitzen. St Pauls und St Michael ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der Bus hält direkt vor der Haustüre

Tolle Gegend, sehr schöne Wohnung

Pros: Der Ort ist ideal für Anlässe im Ansitz Zinnenberg. Den Ort St. Paul kann man gut zu Fuss in 20min. bergab erreichen. Zurück aus der Weinbar gibts auch Taxis, wem die Lauferei bergan zu anstrengend wird. Die Lage am Hang erlaubt einen sensationellen Blick in den Kessel von Bozen und die Berge herum. Für Ausflüge an der Weinstrasse schon sehr geeignet, Kaltern, Tramin, etc. sind in wenigen Minuten per Auto erreichbar. Kleiner Tipp: TP-Link WIFI Router schaltet sich bei Nichtbenutzung ab, einfach wieder einschalten. Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar geklappt. Fr. Scherer war sehr zuvorkommend.
