Nice and comfortable apartment, perfect for families.

Pros: Very nice, comfortable and well equipped apartment. There are restaurants in walking distance.

Cons: Parking at the property is a bit expensive, on the street it is not so easy to find free parking. Also, with open windows, traffic is a bit loud.

In general nice place to stay.

Pros: It was clean, nice view from balcony. Staff were helpful.

Cons: First day we had a problem with internet. Second day, they repaired it.

Very nice and clean.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, beds and sofa bed are comfortable. Bathroom is clean and equipped with paper, towels and fan. You can easily walk to the city centre by the river, it’s about 20 minutes. Stuff at the reception - they very kind, helpful and resourceful.

Cons: It takes some time for hot water to “come” so the first one taking shower must be patient. The stove isn’t for serious cooking.

Nice

Pros: The location was nice and the rooms were not small as we thought they were going to be.

Cons: We only stayed 1 night and could not fully enjoy our stay

Pros: Camere pulite, appartamento con riscaldamento funzionante, a dieci minuti dal centro di Bolzano e con bar e ristoranti sotto l'appartamento, buon servizio reception e ci hanno dato anche dei permessi per il parcheggiare nei dintorni

Nel complesso è andato tutto bene. Consiglio la struttura

Pros: La ragazza della reception eccezionale. Gentile, preparata e ci ha dato ottimi consigli e indicazioni

Cons: Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la reception è chiusa dalle 12.30 alle 14.30. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare prima di ritirare le chiavi e lasciare i bagagli

Pros: 음식을 요리 할 수 있었던 점이 매우 좋았습니다. 세제, 수세미, 후라이판, 식기구 등등 모든 것이 잘 갖추어져 있었습니다. 전자렌지도 있습니다. 가격도 합리적이였으며 직원분도 매우 친철했습니다. 에어컨도 잘 동작했습니다.

Cons: 주차장이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 주변 도로나 공영 주차장에 주차를 하여야 했습니다. 여행객으로써 좀 신경이 쓰이더라구요 돌로미티 주변 지역 마을이 아닌 도시이며 아파트입니다. 광고사진을 보고 갔다가 놀랐습니다. 마을이 아니 도시라서... 꼭 위성사진이나 구글 지도로 찾아보세요 도보 거리내에 큰 마트는 찾을 수 없었습니다.

Pros: Přespali jsme jednu noc. Úschova kol v garáži za poplatek. Okna do rušné ulice. Čistý a hezký apartmán.

Pros: L'appartamento è stato da poco ristrutturato, tutto molto pulito, spazioso e i letti davvero comodi, pure il divano letto. C'è anche l'aria condizionata, che in una città come Bolzano, alcuni giorni d'estate è davvero piacevole. Sulla posizione non posso giudicare perché siamo andati a trovare dei familiari e per noi la posizione era molto comoda

Cons: Nulla

Pros: Moderně a vkusně zařízené ubytování se vším, co je potřeba, na italské poměry v dané cenové kategorii nadstandard...

Cons: Lokalita mírně mimo centrum, etnicky částečně jiné osazenstvo, ale v pohodě.
