We had a wonderful stay — clean apartment, great location, and a very kind host.
Pros: We stayed in these apartments in Brixen, Italy, from December 28, 2025 to January 5, 2026, and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent — close to the city center, with all shops within easy reach, and a beautiful view of the mountains and the city. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a welcome bottle of wine on the table. On New Year’s Eve, the host surprised us with a bottle of champagne, which was incredibly thoughtful and made the celebration even more special. When we were leaving, he treated us to a homemade drink and gifted us a bag of tea collected by his wife — such a warm and personal touch. We truly felt cared for during our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. We would be very happy to return again.

Pros: Wonderful accommodation with lovely hosts. The apartment was so clean that we thought we are first guests ever :). Free bus connection to Brixen center with the Brixen Card. Excellent for families with children

Wonderful modern apartment in the outskirts of Brixen
Pros: Clean, good amenities, wooden floor and walls, modern design. Wine grapes are growing all around. Nice mountain view. Great host!
Cons: It is a bit far from Brixen center (20 min walk), but that was expected. Just look at the map.

Amazing hospitality and spectacular view!
Pros: The view from the apartment was amazing. We had a balcony, which was probably the most used spot in the apartment. The apartment was tidy, clean, and had everything needed for a quality stay. There is a wonderful courtyard, especially for families with children, which can be fully utilized. We were impressed by the host's hospitality. Kids loved lizards :)
Cons: We cound not find any.

amazing tour to amazing place
Pros: Absolutely amazing views over whole city. Everything was on hand by car or even on foot. There was no single problem at accomodation at all.

Pros: Besonders der Gastgeber war super freundlich, sympathisch und flexibel. Auf meiner Anreise gab es diverse Staus und ich konnte telefonisch mich mit ihm problemlos absprechen, wie und wann die Schlüsselübergabe stattfindet. Es gab Wein und Tee als kleines Gastgeschenk und am Anfang wurde ich persönlich begrüßt und am Abend vorher persönlich, wer möchte mit Schnaps, verabschiedet. Wirklich super.

Úžasné, pohodlné, klidné!
Pros: Majitelé byli velice ochotní a příjemní, komunikovali před příjezdem a čekali na nás, než jsme přijeli na ubytování. Moc ochotně vše vysvětlili. Apartmán, ve kterém jsme byli, byl moc krásný, s úžasným výhledem na celé údolí a Brixen. Postele byly pohodlné a dostatečně velké. Kuchyně byla vybavena dostatečně na standardní přípravu jídla. Potěšila i malá lahev vína (moc dobré!) a vody na stole. Okolí bylo klidné, všude kolem vinice a jablečné sady :) Určitě se vrátíme!
Cons: Asi jediné, co nám trochu chybělo, byla mikrovlnka v kuchyni, ale dá se bez toho žít :)

Appartamento strategico per visitare i mercatini di Natale altoatesini ed austriaci
Pros: Si trova appena fuori da Bressanone, tranquillo per riposare ma non in cima alla montagna o comunque con strada scomoda/impervia in caso di brutto tempo. Appartamento moderno spazioso arredato con gusto, con annesso parcheggio vicino, praticamente silenzio assoluto (a meno di vicini). Cucina dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici (lavastoviglie inclusa), una sola TV in soggiorno, doccia moderna comoda e bidet. Proprietario davvero molto gentile (cosa non scontata), disponibile e che ci ha omaggiato di una sempre apprezzata bottiglia di vino di produzione propria. Da considerare.
Cons: Nulla, forse un cartello all'arrivo che indichi dov'è il parcheggio sarebbe comodo, ma... stiamo parlando davvero di un dettaglio.
