Great location, views, and good value.

Pros: Location was very good, just an 8 minute walk to the start of the Nordic trails and downhill area. Ten minute walk to the bus stop to access many other trails. This area offers lots of groomed walking trails also. The village of Compatsch is limited, just a tiny grocery store, so stock up before arriving. What the village lacks in architectural charm, it makes up for in mountain views. The view from this apartment is spectacular. The room is very quiet for sleeping. Other positives include free parking, washing machine, good shower, and easy access to the property. We were given clear instructions on how to check in. The wi-fi worked well. Affordable restaurant with good food located in this hotel building. The Nordic ski trails are very well groomed and offer amazing scenery.

Cons: Unfortunately, this property lacked a sense of welcome due to a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The sofa bed mattress was soiled and saggy. The bed was noisy. We put the mattress on the floor and this made it okay for sleeping, still not very comfortable. Bring bed linens and a mattress cover. The kitchen cupboards were a mess; jumbled and crowded with too many old and useless kitchen ware. I spent an hour tidying them up and this simple activity made the kitchen much more pleasant. Lots of dirty dishes and rubbish in the drawers throughout the apartment. No curtain on the window (with a large outside light that is on half the night), hung a blanket to fix this. Exterior bracket on one of the window shutters is broken. The unsecured shutter bangs on the building. About 50% of the light bulbs are burnt out. Attention to a few small details would make this lodging a solid 10/10.

Krásné místo blízko lyžařského okruhu Sella Ronda

Pros: Apartmán je součástí hotelu Sciliar. Z balkonu apartmánu je neskutečně krásný výhled. Hotel je doslova umístěný na dohled od ikonických skalních věží Punta Euringer (2394 m) a Punta di Santner (2414 m) v masivu Sciliar (2563 m), ale také na dohled od západních příkrých svahů v masivu Sassolungo (3181 m). Ochotný a milý personál, velmi dobrá hotelová restaurace. Můžete si dát večeři od 19 hodin. Zeleninový bufet (bez omezení) byl tuším jen za 3 nebo 4 eura.

Cons: Recepce je z pohledu od parkoviště až ve 3. patře Chvilku jsme se trápili s hledáním pokrývek a povlečení na spaní. Pokoj má totiž dvě rozkládací postele a na první pohled to vypadalo, že budeme muset použít vlastní povlečení. Ale nakonec vše bylo k dispozici.

Cons: Pas de linge de bain, pas de draps pour les lits doubles. Manque de lumière au-dessus de la table.
