Pros: We had a very lovely stay here. Central location and easy walkable from the wineries and restaurants. The garage for the auto and bikes is in the basement, so very relaxing. Spotlessly clean, silent and full of light with an amazing view all around. We also enjoyed the two equipped terraces for having a romantic sunset light drink. Marion was very accommodating. The apartment is a great spot to stay if you are in Kaltern and want to fully enjoy it.

Pros: Wunderschöne, sehr schön eingerichtete Dachgeschoss-Wohnung im Herzen von Kaltern. Nur eine Minute bis in den Stadtkern. Super Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren Rund um Kaltern und ganz Südtirol. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat sich sehr gut gekümmert. Gerne jederzeit wieder! ☺️

Pros: Es war eine sehr schöne, große & saubere Wohnung mit 2 schönen Balkonen. Die Küche war super und die Vermieterin immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 🤗

Pros: Unser Aufenthalt in der Maison Sus le Viel in Kaltern war rundum gelungen. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist komfortabel und stilvoll, dazu zählt auch die Küche. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Es gibt 2 Balkone an unterschiedlichen Seite mit herrlichem Blick ins Grüne oder zum Mendelpass/Penegal, einfach genial. Es ist ruhig und doch zentral gelegen, zu Fuß in 3 Minuten im Zentrum. Auch die Doppelgarage war sehr praktisch, da wir neben unserem Auto zusätzlich unsere E-Bikes abstellen und laden konnten. Es fehlte einfach an nichts. Eine absolute Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros: Eine super gutes und freundliches kommunizieren mit der Vermieterin. Anfahrtsbeschreibung, Hinweis Tiefgarage sonstige Infos. Eine hervorragende, große und exelende Unterkunft, sehr ruhig , mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann. Sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist optimal, man kann sagen im Zentrum und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Parkplatz separat , ist im Haus , Tiefgarage und abschließbar . Kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.
