Pros: Everything! Warm, comfortable and cozy apartment with a nice sunny balcony.

Cons: Bowls for breakfast cereal and a microwave oven would be nice to have. Wi-fi was a bit hit and miss as you know. Please make sure electric hob next to sink is safe.
