Perfect place for resting after ski or hiking

Pros: Very nice host, very comfortable, large, well-equipped, and clean apartment. Good location for reaching ski resorts Speikboden and Klausberg, and good location for nice and easy hiking trails.

Pros: The stay was very good, the apartment is really cozy and equipped with all the utilities plus additional gifts from the landlord. The landlord is always available for help and really cares a lot about providing a remarkable experience for the guest. The only downside was the weather, far too hot for December end, but that has nothing to do with the property.

Pros: Der Empfang war freundlich und sehr herzlich. Eine Flasche Wein, Käse und Roggentaler lagen als Begrüßung bereit. Die Austattung der Wohnung war außergewöhnlich hochwertig. Alles war bestens strukturiert und blitzsauber. Walburga stand uns immer mit nützlichen Informationen zur Verfügung. Es war ein rundum toller, erholsamer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Un cálido y magnífico alojamiento

Pros: Todo muy limpio, cómodo y bonito. La cocina muy completa, baños espectaculares, habitaciones muy cómodas.

Appartamento comodo e pulito

Pros: L' appartamento è strutturato bene per 2 persone (non di più), con un bagno immenso (c'è sia vasca che doccia), curato e pulito, con tutto il necessario. All' esterno c'è uno spazio riservato con sdraio e poltrone. Ottima l'accoglienza con la disponibilità della proprietaria che mi ha permesso di fare anche un check-in anticipato. Il paese più vicino per fare la spesa è a circa 1,5 km e ci sono 2 supermercati. È una zona tranquilla, una bella vallata e si può raggiungere Brunico in 10 minuti di auto.

Cons: Il mio appartamento era verso la strada al piano terra, ho sentito un po' una mancanza di privacy in quanto la tenda oscurante non copriva tutta la vetrata, dovevo abbassare la tapparella. Penso che con una tenda oscurante che copra tutta la vetrata il problema sia risolvibile, così da fare sentire ancora più a proprio agio gli ospiti.

DA RIFARE

Pros: Tutto, la stanza era pulitissima e l'accoglienza è stata calorosa. Inoltre lo chalet si trova in una zona ottimale

Pros: Appartamento piccolo ma molto ben arredato e rifinito e con tutto quello che occorre e anche di più. Ottimo servizio della proprietà.

Cons: Tante mosche, ma c'erano le zanzariere e le palette per ucciderle

Appartamento molto confortevole

Pros: Appartamento recente, ben arredato e dotato di ogni confort (camere dotate di televisore, cucina con anche microonde, lavastovigliee ogni genete di stoviglie)

Pros: Ambiente molto accogliente. Cucina dotata di tutto. Accoglienza molto calorosa e gradito omaggio di benvenuto con prodotti locali. La proprietaria sempre disponibile e molto cordiale.

Wunderbare Ferien in einem tollen Ferienwohnung

Pros: Sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartement. An Ausrüstung hat nichts gefehlt. Sogar eigene Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Eier von Hühner der Eigentümer konnten gekauft werden, sehr frisch und gut!! Kaffepulver und Küchengewürze waren zur Benutzung vorhanden. Sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Vermieterin. Mit dem Gästehaus konnte ÖV (Zug, Bus) und sogar die Bergbahnen kostenlos benutzt werden.
