Pros: La concentrazione degli spazi L'ubicazione centrale La vivibilità La vicinanza dei servizi, supermercato, ristorante ecc.

Pros: Ottima posizione, cucina attrezzata con anche il forno, comodissimi i letti

Pros: Alles super, Blick, Balkon, Größe, Lage,...Hund erlaubt, alles gefliest.

Cons: Es war sehr laut früh morgens und abends wegen des Geschäfts nebenan ü und der sehr dünnen Wände. (Rollwagen, Depot, Warenlieferungen) Der Kühlschrank im Wohnraum war sehr laut - falls man da schlafen will.
