Highly recommended holiday home!
Pros: The apartment is new, comfortable and fully equipped. It has very nice lake view, garden and parking. The host is charming and supportive. We highly recommend the place!

Nice, small things that would be good to solve but otherwise I recommend.
Pros: Quiet accommodation with parking right next to the house. Accommodation was clean, we arrived around 20:30 and all the way we informed via booking when we would arrive and we received an instantly nice reply that it is not a problem if we arrive so late. Every time we had a problem we got a quick answer either the lady visited us or we got a quick answer to the message.
Cons: It has to be said that the two apartments next to each other are not the best soundproofed, so if someone is talking next to you in the other apartment you can hear it. There were 9 of us so we had rented both apartments so it was fine. The lady who took care of our stay knew only Italian so we used our mobile and google translator and sorted everything out. As the biggest problem what is the advantage in disadvantage I see when you go for a winter stay with skiing that the apartment is heated by underfloor heating. It's modern, nice, but you don't have a place to dry things, no radiator or dryer for wet things... Luckily we actually had our own a ski boots dryer so we managed somehow.

Polecam obiekt.
Pros: Sympatyczni gospodarze, proseco na rozpoczęcie pobytu. Mieszkanie i wyposażenie zupełnie nowe, czyściutko i schludnie. Do użytku pralka, zmywarka, piekarnik, kuchenka mikrofalowa. Byliśmy w sześcioosobowym składzie i było wygodnie. Lokalizacja nieco na uboczu, ale mając samochód to żaden problem. Byliśmy w zimie, więc widok na jezioro za bardzo nie zrobił wrażenia, ale w lecie musi tam być naprawdę ładnie.

Za mě super ubytování. Co nabízí, to dodává. Kousek lyžařské areály Val de Fiemme / Obereggen.
Pros: Podle fotek vypadá ubytování hodně malé, ale je o dost větší než se zdá. To bylo velmi příjemné překvapení. Dostačující i pro 5 lidí, pokud Vám nevadí, že jeden bude spát v obýváku.
Cons: Někteří kamarádi si stěžovali (asi 2 ze 7) na mírný zápach cigaretového kouře z povlečení a ručníků. Já nic necítil, nestěžovali jsme si a myslím, že kdyby jsme to řešili, dostaneme jiné povlečení a ručníky.

Pros: Appartamento molto moderno e confortevole, pulito e fornito di tutto l'occorrente per il soggiorno. Host molto accogliente e gentile che ci ha fatto trovare pane fresco caldo, appena sfornato e ci ha anche dato un regalino prima della partenza.
Cons: Nella camera singola, il letto aggiuntivo era leggermente scomodo

Pros: L'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, si trova in una zona immersa nel verde nella pace e tranquillità e la vista è stupenda. La posizione è ottima per la val di fiemme e la val di fassa. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili.

Pros: Casa accogliente, nuova e pulita, con vista affascinante sulla natura; simpatia e accoglienza dalla host, Patrizia. Abbiamo trascorso lì la Pasqua, e ci ha regalato un grande uovo di cioccolato, gesto molto apprezzato.
Cons: Suggeriamo di mettere qualche rotolo in più di carta igienica.
