Pros: Dwie niezależne łazienki do dyspozycji. Wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego. Czystość. Przestronność. Parking.

Cons: Drobnym mankamentem była mała i nieogrzewana narciarnia i nieco uciążliwy dostęp do parkingu.
