Pros: Excellent position in town. Parking provided in nearby parking garage. Lift to access our 3rd floor apartment.

Cons: Taking out our garbage to a basement garage at the end of our stay, which ended up being locked and we couldn't access! That should be done with the cleaning.

Practical acomodation in Cavalaese

Pros: Apartment is located practically in the city center with parking in underground garages just few in the neighborhood. There is the lift in the building. Equipment of the apartment is new and nice.

Cons: It was very cold inside, when we arrived. All the electrical equipment is connected to one electrical phase, it causes devices to malfunction, when turned on at the same time (e.g. it is impossible to rune oven and washing machine simultaneously).

Pros: Posizione perfetta in centro al paese su via pedonale, tutti i servizi nelle immediate vicinanze, compreso parcheggio e posto per ricarica auto elettriche; appartamento molto grande dotato di ogni comfort, bene arredato e pulito. I gestori sono molto disponibili e premurosi.

Tolle, großzügige, zentrale und ruhige Wohnung mit harten Matrazen und ferngesteuerter Heizung

Pros: Die sehr großzügige Wohnung mit riesiger Wohnküche, drei vollwertigen Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern ist neu und modern eingerichtet. In Cavalese superzentral und doch ruhig gelegen, ist es der ideale Standort für die drei umliegenden Skigebiete.

Cons: Die Betten sind steinhart und für Seitenschläfer - wie mich - eine Qual. Die Heizung wird vom Vermieter zentral gesteuert. Das ist suboptimal, da man nicht tagsüber heizen und nachts ausschalten kann. Außerdem dreht die Heizung voll hoch, wenn man lüftet. Vertrauen in ein ordentliches Heizverhalten der Mieter wäre deutlich besser und letztlich wohl auch weniger Energieverschwendung.
