Excellent property, excellent host

Pros: Konrad was so kind! He was very excited to show us the property and all the amenities it came with. The location was excellent, it was in the very Center of the small town and had a view of the castle from the balcony, what more could you ask for!

Pros: It’s centrally located to visit Dolomites area,you can get everything you need in this apartment.highly recommend to everyone

Nice well stocked apartment, good location and excellent host

Pros: Nice and well equipped apartment that was a good size and in a nice location, with an excellent and accommodating host who provided lots of extra information and helped find free parking. The coffee machine was nice and lots of pods, nice to have a washing machine and the kitchen was well stocked.

Cons: A fan is there, but no AC. Pillows were a bit soft and a few stairs to get up to the top.

Great spot!

Pros: This self contained mini-apartment was great for a stay of several days - it has a small well- equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a tiny terrace. The town, Chiusa/Klausen, is quiet but well located for exploring other areas of the Dolomites by public buses. The owner was friendly and very helpful aboit local highlights, restaurants etc.

Meraviglioso Alto Adige

Pros: Piccolo appartamento, caldo ed accogliente. Ottima dotazione. Host gentilissimo. Tutto perfetto.

Cons: É necessario prestare attenzione allo scalino che divide la saletta dalla cucina.

Pros: The location was perfect. The host was great when we got in touch; super responsive and helpful. Comfortable bed, and well-stocked kitchen tools/appliances for a stay of a couple nights.

Schöne Wohnung im wundervollen Chiusa/Klausen

Pros: Tolle Lage, direkt im Zentrum und nur ca. 500 m vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Kloster Säben erreicht man zu Fuß nach etwa 1 km. Viele Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien, kleine Geschäfte und ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir hatten uns spontan dazu entschlossen, früher anzureisen. Das wurde auf unsere Anfrage hin problemlos möglich gemacht und sogar ein Self-Check-in arrangiert. Vielen Dank nochmals für die umkomplizierte und freundliche Hilfe!!! Gute Grundausstattung in der Küche vorhanden: Kaffee, Öl, Spülmittel etc. Die Wohnung/die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe und wir haben uns - bis auf den fehlenden Insektenschutz - wohlgefühlt.

Cons: Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich richtig toll, könnte aber noch etwas Liebe und Zuwendung gebrauchen. Es erwarteten uns viele Spinnweben und deren Bewohnerinnen. Da es leider keinerlei Insektenschutz an den Fenstern oder der Balkontür gibt, sollte man also Arachniden in allerlei Formen und Größen mögen und auch kein Problem mit Mücken, Wanzen und anderen fliegenden Tierchen haben. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der abgeblätterte Anstrich an der einzigen farbigen Wand könnte erneuert oder aber einfach weiß überstrichen werden. Statt eines Kleiderschranks gibt es (wahrscheinlich aus Platzgründen) im Schlafzimmer einen rollbaren Kleiderständer. Dass die Couch in der Ecke unter der niedrigen Dachschräge steht, ist ziemlich unpraktisch. 😅
