A perfect and comfortable place with a fantastic host

Pros: Very nice apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Shops, bus stops, and ski lifts are all very close by. Fantastic host

Perfect appartment for Cycling Sella Ronda

Pros: Super location on the Sella Ronda route just off the main street in center of Colfosco with bakery, supermarket and several pizzeria/restaurants within walking distance. Beautifull garden with amazing view and plenty of relax chairs, sun beds, pingpong and trampoline. Spacious private parking in front and back. Super clean appartment with spacious bedrooms, good beds, down duvets and a beautifull new bathroom. Super indoor bicycle storage on street level with personall locker, workbench and e-bike charging . Beautifull, large and super clean Sauna daily from 16h-19h. Super host, Maurizio is super friendly and helpfull. We will definitely return to Pera Ciaslat on our next cycling or skiing holiday in the Dolomites.

Cons: No dishwasher detergent, sponge, coffee, tea, oil, pepper, salt, toiletpaper, waste-bin bags so bring your own. No washing machine in the building.

Pros: Nice view from the bedroom. Great location. Good start for hiking tours. Excellent Wi-Fi. Very good appliances.

Very clean and modern flat

Pros: The flat was new and modern with big spaces, loved the balcony! Very clean.

Cons: Small details cam be added to make a better customer experience. For ex. There was no soaps for showering or hand wash, no trash bags and small things. Middle week cleaning would be very good.

Pros: Wow our stay here was incredible. The views are stunning from all rooms and the balcony, the apartment is well equipped for cooking and relaxing after a day of exploring the Dolomites and is sparkling clean. There is car parking, and even some incredible walks right on the back door step of this accomodation. Maurizio is wonderful and so responsive, helpful, and kind. The town is super cute and beautiful to walk around. Would defintitely stay here again, thank you so much!

Very nice stay to explore the area

Pros: Very nice place. Super location. Awesome view from windows. Quiet. Clean. Very nice host. There are some extra's for kids outside, that was very nice. We'd stay there again.

Lovely place

Pros: The apartment is situated in a wonderful location surrounded by the Dolomites. Unearthly views. The apartment is very comfortable, super equipped, everything you need is there. Owners very nice, hospitable. This is an ideal starting point for mountain hiking. We heartily recommend this place.

Pros: Krásný, čistý a výborně vybavený apartmán, navíc na skvělém místě hned u sjezdovky.

Muy cómodo, y con unas vistas….

Pros: La ubicación, tienes las montañas al lado mismo. Aparcas fácil, muy limpio y bien restaurado.

Cons: No entiendo que tenga cocina y lavavajillas sin jabón, estropajo, trapos etc, estás a medias de equipar, por el resto, es de diez.
