Pros: Property had everything we needed and super close to the centre.

ottima posizione

Pros: Posizione ottima per accedere alla cabinovia Faloria e la fermata del bus per andare a sciare sul versante opposto è molto vicina. Gli spazi sono ottimali e la cucina è molto attrezzata. Il riscaldamento funziona alla perfezione

Cons: L'appartamento ha due bagni ma solo uno ha la vasca. In 5 persone diventa così un pò complicato. Al nostro arrivo l'acqua sia calda e fredda era chiusa e siamo dovuti andare nel locale caldaia ad aprirla cercando di capire quale fosse il rubinetto corretto. Abbiamo chiamato il numero di assistenza dell'agenzia ma nessuno ha risposto. La cucina ad induzione non funziona perfettamente

Picturesque setting for an authentic and cosy Alpine chalet.

Pros: Good location. Clean. Was relatively well stocked in terms of kitchen utilities.

Cons: Would have been good to have a kettle and a toaster in the kitchen. The house guide needs a better explanation of how to operate the cooktop. I could turn it on and adjust it but could never turn it off - confused with lettering of H and E. This is a fire risk if people don't understand how to turn it off. Some chairs and a small table in the ground floor veranda area would have been nice. Welcome pack should contain some washing machine powder/fluid.
