Appartamento comodo vicino a Bolzano

Pros: Casa nuova e pulitissima, ottimo il parcheggio e le stanze abbastanza grandi e funzionali, molto gentile il proprietario

Cons: Mancanza di scolapiatti, bidet, beni di prima necessità come sale, zucchero, caffè, scottex, olio, del tutto assenti, casa molto calda in estate, il letto matrimoniale scomodo perché troppo morbido

appartement spacieux, lumineux, pratique, propre, avec parking sécurisé

Pros: Très grand appartement, très lumineux, pratique avec ses nombreux placards et un balcon dans chacune des 3 pièces. Salle de bain bien agencée et cuisine comportant tout le nécessaire. Grand parking privé sécurisé avec portail automatique. La maison est au milieu de champ de pommiers, la vue est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques. Situation idéale par rapport à Bolzano (= Bozen): on est à l’extérieur de la ville, mais à 10 min seulement en voiture, ou en utilisant les pistes cyclables ou le bus. Quelques idées pour les cyclistes: passo della Mendola (=Mendelpass), route des villages viticoles d'Appiano (=Eppan), voie cyclable pour Merano, à 77 km du début du passo dello Stelvio (=StilfserJoch), ....
