Pros: Lokalizacja obiektu znakomita. Centrum urokliwego miasteczka. Sklepy wszystkich branż oraz piekarnie i restauracje w najbliższym otoczeniu. Gospodarz obiektu Nicola zawsze do dyspozycji, zawsze pomocny. W razie jakichkolwiek niedogodności bierze na siebie ciężar likwidacji problemów. Kontakt z gospodarzem szybki i zawsze skuteczny.

Cons: Apartament położony na trzecim piętrze . Dla ludzi starszych może to być pewne ograniczenie. Miejsce parkingowe przy kamienicy dla tylko dwóch aut. Brama przesuwna zamykająca parking wymaga interwencji mechanika.
