Sehr schön & professioneller und freundlicher Service

Pros: Top ausgestattet, eigener Parkplatz, unkomplizierte Anreise, riesiger Balkon, wunderschöner Blick, alles neu und modern.

Cons: Die Heizung war anfänglich kaputt und ließ sich nicht herunterregeln. Andrea war jederzeit ansprechbar, hat sich schnellstmöglich darum gekümmert und mehrere Techniker kommen lassen, die das Problem behoben haben ohne in die Wohnung zu müssen.

Pros: Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die Lage. Die Einrichtung war bis auf fehlende Waschmaschine perfekt.

Cons: Das parken war etwas schwierig

Sehr schöne gutgelegene Wohnung.

Pros: Sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft. Alles neu und sehr sauber. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Mit Fahrstuhl und Privatem Parkplatz. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Supermarkt fußläufig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons: Zwei Sterne Abzug gibt es leider für folgendes: In Anbetracht dessen, dass eine Nacht umgerechnet 100€ gekostet hat, fanden wir 2 Rollen Ersatz Klopapier zu wenig. Auch ein Handtuchwechsel wäre bei 5 Nächten angebracht gewesen. Wer hinsichtlich des Kopfkissens empfindlich ist, sollte sich sein eigenes mitbringen. Die vorhandenen waren nichts als dünne Wattebäusche. Wer außerdem morgens gerne etwas länger schläft, sollte sich Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen, da die Wohnung extrem hellhörig ist. Wenn der Nachbar Brot schneidet, ist das im Bett nicht zu überhören.

Cons: La gestione a distanza penalizza l 'esperienza che in ogni caso valuto positivamente.

Schöne Unterkunft, beste Lage zur Erkundung Südtirols

Pros: Schickes modernes Apartment, großzügig geschnittene Zimmer, gute Küchenausstattung. Besonderer Pluspunkt: die große Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf Meran und Dorf Tirol. Zentrale Lage, das Ortszentrum und das neue Einkaufszentrum sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestelle mit Verbindung nach Meran und Umgebung neben dem Grundstück. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig (ab 22 Uhr verstummt auch das Summen von der SS38). Von den anderen Bewohnern des Gebäudes hört man ebenfalls nichts. Problemloser Kontakt per Smartphone mit Vermieterin. Also eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!
