Pros: We loved the view from the balcony and all enjoyed the spa.The beds were comfortable and the apartment was large with 2 separate bedrooms and lounge and dining room. Herbert was lovely as were the apples he grows and the wine he gifted us.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Pros: Comfortable apartment with nice view. Sauna and jacuzzi easy accessible. Very clean apartment with all necessary things.

Exceptional offer

Pros: The property exceeded our expectations. We had a very pleasant stay. We were warmly welcomed by Herbert who is an exceptional host, he showed us around and told us everything and was ready to help out with any further information or suggestion. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, the beds were comfortable. There are so many possibilities on the property, like swimming pool, hot tub, etc. and it all comes with amazing views. Will return any time. Thank you!

Pros: A spa hotel apt built and managed by an apple farmer. Fantastic facilities on an apple farm overlooking Merano valley. Great hospitality from Herbert.

Pros: Amazing location, privacy, luxurious wellness, fully equipped sauna, large garden with a swimming pool, fantastic view of the valley and the mountains, an outgoing owner ready to help any time.

Above expectations

Pros: The whole complex is very well maintained and the owners take care of every detail. The views are fantastic too. Above all, Herbert's attentiveness was exceptional. Due to health problems and the inability to drive, he went above and beyond to help us, even though we only stayed one night. Thank you so much for your attention. I highly recommend staying here!

Nice and relaxing stay.

Pros: The view and spa area are amazing. And I enjoyed Finnish sauna a lot. The host is really friendly and everything was great.

Pros: Perfect location, beutifull place and the most important: one of the nicest hosts i have ever met. We have came to the place in the evening - soaked on motorbikes after passing Austria- Italy mountain boarder. The owner was very very nice, helped us with organizing something to eat and providing with his self made wines and apple juices! Apartment was big and with beautifull view! I so much reccommend!

Pros: Excellent property with underground car park. This is a working small farm and might lack the odd female touch. But it's got lots to recommend it from the view to the home made wine. Memorable.

Cons: Nothing, thought there was going to be laundry facility available but hey we got round it thanks to owners flexibility. Thank you.

Pros: Beautiful location. The host was very helpful. Accommodation superb. Facilities good.

Cons: Everything was wonderful. Would love to have stayed longer.
