Pros: Excellent location, easy to walk around the city. Traditional, charming apartment. Modern bath and kitchen. Delightful sound of the river just outside the window.

Cons: Parking was rare, good to find a spot early.

Pros: Nonostante la struttura sia vicino al centro, si trova comunque in una zona molto tranquilla. La casa molto bella e accogliente, come lo staff

Pros: La posizione.Appartamento confortevole e spazioso a due passi dal centro. Staff molto disponibile ed esaustivo

Pros: Villa lolanda ist ein wirklich sehr schönes altes Gebäude mit sehr viel Charme. Die schöne Lage an der Passer und am Rande der Altstadt war super für kurze Wege zum schönen Weihnachtsmarkt und zum Innenstadt Bereich, oder auch für den Spaziergang am Fluss entlang. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt, sehr bequeme Betten, schönes neu renoviertes Badezimmer, antikes Mobiliar. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Eine sehr schöne wohlige Wärme durch die funktionierenden Heizkörper, denn draußen war es doch ziemlich kalt an der Passer im Dezember.

Cons: Durch die direkte Lage an der Passer und den älteren Fenstern hört man den Fluss laut rauschen. Wenn man das Geräusch nicht gewohnt ist stört es etwas bei der Nachtruhe. Aber mit Ohropax konnte Abhilfe geschaffen werden.

Pros: Villa Iolanda is centrally located and you can hear the river from the apartment. It’s an easy walk to wherever you wish to go. Free parking is a 5-7 minute walk away. It’s very convenient for a family, as our young adult children could easily walk to town after hours.

Cons: We liked it very much.

Pros: Die Lage, die Einrichtung, das Balkönchen...einfach herrlich.

Cons: Es war schwierig, an den Schlüssel zu kommen und die zuständige Hilfe über eine Stunde telefonisch nicht zu erreichen.

Una villa piena di charme in un luogo incantato

Pros: Casa e arredo molto eleganti , in una posizione fantastica, vicina al centro e alle più belle passeggiate. E' un appartamento davvero unico, anche la persona dell'agenzia che la gestisce è gentilissima e molto preparata, tutto bellissimo!

Soggiorno dal sapore antico

Pros: La posizione e’ molto comoda per chi si sposta in treno e con i mezzi pubblici, facilmente raggiungibile. Inoltre è a 5 minuti dal centro e su belle passeggiate . La persona dedicata a seguire la struttura risponde velocemente ( su whatsapp non Booking) ed è molto cortese

Cons: Per un soggiorno invernale la casa è fredda. il riscaldamento era spenta all’arrivo e funziona solo alcune ore viene gestito esternamente con la domotica. Segnalato il problema la referente ha cercato di concentrare il riscaldamento nelle ore in cui eravamo in casa. .

Pros: Posizione eccezionale. Appartamento con ogni confort. Consiglio!

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Ruhig und doch sehr zentral. Es ist wunderbar, einige Tage in diesem historischen Gebäude zu verbringen und ein Teil der Geschichte von Meran mitzuerleben.
