Wonderful and great value for money

Pros: Central Merano, air conditioning, even the sofa bed was very comfortable. Ice cubes in the freezer and the walk in shower was excellent.

Cons: Card locks were a little bit temperamental but not a big problem.

Pros: Very lovely and comfortable apartment in the center of Merano. The furniture is new and modern, the rooms are full of light and with a beautiful view to the mountain. The beds were very comfortable, also the sleeping couch in the living room. Everything was clean and well equipped. The location is very convenient, too - just a couple of meters from the start of the Promenade and with cafes and restaurants around. Would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Cons: The apartment is good for a longer stay, so a washing machine would be very helfpul.

Soggiorno ottimo, casa accogliente e ben organizzata.

Pros: Casa molto bella, curata e ben tenuta. La posizione è davvero ottima: nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano le terme, i mercatini di Natale, il centro, supermercati e la fermata del pullman, quindi è comodissima per muoversi senza problemi. Il proprietario è stato sempre disponibile e gentile. Consigliatissima!

Cons: L’unica piccola accortezza sarebbe quella di aggiungere un mocio per poter pulire comodamente il pavimento.

Pros: Appartamento molto bello a pochi passi dalle Therme di Merano, pulito comodo e ben organizzato

Sehr gute Lage und Betreuung, aber leider sehr hellhörig.

Pros: Sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer, er hat auf alle Anfragen und eventuelle Anliegen sofort reagiert. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, mitten im Stadtzentrum und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Restaurants und Cafés. Trotz der zentralen Lage und des Aufenthalts über Silvester war von außen kaum Lärm zu hören. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft, absolut empfehlenswert.

Cons: Ein kleiner Minuspunkt sind die sehr dünnen Wände (wir waren im Apartment „Rosa“, neben dem angrenzenden Apartment). Wenn man ruhige Nachbarn hat, ist das kein großes Problem - so war es bei uns in den ersten Tagen. Gegen Ende unseres Aufenthalts waren jedoch Jugendliche in der Nachbarwohnung, und die erste Nacht war sehr schwierig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Eigentümer sofort reagiert haben, was den sehr guten Kontakt erneut bestätigt. Dennoch bleibt festzuhalten, dass bereits normale Gespräche, Lachen oder gemeinsames Zusammensitzen am Abend deutlich zu hören waren - man hatte teilweise das Gefühl, die Nachbarn befänden sich im selben Wohnraum. Das liegt eindeutig an der Hellhörigkeit der Wände.

Bel appartamento

Pros: Appartamento spazioso, moderno, in centro Merano e a due passi dalle terme.

Cons: É andato tutto bene

Pros: Camere pulite spaziose e ben riscaldate, posizione perfetta per i mercatini e tutte le attrazioni, comodo anche il parcheggio a poche centinaia di metri, staff disponibile.

Pros: Posizione strategica,centralissima,ben fornita con gli autobus,la consiglio.

Pros: Appartamento grande, molto vicino al centro e ai mercatini di Natale. Proprietario disponibile e subito pronto a risolvere i problemi ( non funzionava il telecomando)

Cons: Doterei la cucina di qualcosa per le esigenze minime (sale, zucchero, olio), giusto per aggiungere qualcosa. Ma non pregiudica il giudizio comunque positivo.

Wenn ich wieder nach Meran komme, würde ich gerne wieder in diese Unterkunft buchen

Pros: Herr Daniele hat sich extrem bemüht - und uns sogar persönlich die Verkehrs Tickets vorbei gebracht, da ich sie nicht ausdrucken konnte - super Service
