Nice and comfortable place to enjoy Merano even without your car
Pros: -modern clean apartment with some very special features - the central bath, kitchenette in the wardrobe, triple-separated bathroom area with the glass sliding door - enough space for clothes and things - safe and quiet area with plenty of parking space and double locked house entrance - no keys needed ;) - city centre in walking distance ( aprox. 20 minutes)
Cons: -the sensor in the bathroom is really annoying because the light and fan is activated at night time just by any tiny movement ( bed, floor) - another mirror ,bigger tables and the freezing part in the fridge would be really appreciated;)) - the glass door at the bathroom area makes this Sissi apartment suitable for couples who have a really good relationship - you share a lot there ;)

Clean flat for a couple
Pros: Comfortable bed, very clean, quite area. 20 min by walk to the main historical area. 2 shops for groceries just next door.
Cons: No coffee or tea in the flat. Almost no intimacy inside the flat as the bath is in the middle of the room, in front of the bed and next to the sofa and the kitchen with no panel or door. Also there is only 1 sliding door for the toilets and shower. And everything can be heard in details when someone is using them.

Pros: We loved the spacious apartment and the bathtub in the middle. The kitchen was well equipped, but not enough for making big meals. :-) The location is very goid, near to the city center, but in a peaceful area. I loved all the instructions what we received before we arrived. The host, Manuela was super caring and friendly.
Cons: There is a movement sensor in the toilet so it was a bit weird to have light in the middle of the night into the face of the other sleeping person.

Pros: Appartment Franz looks absolutely stunning and stylish. Everything was cleaned very well, and care was taken in putting nice little details such as making a flower out of the toilet paper roll. Contact with the host was easy and she reacted fast to our messages.

Soggiorno sereno e rilassante
Pros: Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort per due persone, vicino al centro e moderno. Molto bella la vasca, grande abbastanza per due persone. Parcheggio gratuito sotto casa.
Cons: Il letto matrimoniale comodo ma purtroppo formato da due letti singoli, i cuscini troppo piatti e vuoti

Gerne wieder - für uns war es eine super Wohnung!
Pros: ruhige Lage, Aufzug, Sicht auf die Berge (Franz-App.), neu und modern, großzügig - viel Platz für Gepäck
Cons: die Dusche läuft nach außen hin etwas aus, sehr hellhörig zum Sissi-Zimmer rüber - sonst aber ruhig.

Meraviglioso soggiorno.
Pros: La distribuzione funzionale, la pulizia, l’ordine e la fornitura di utensili per la cucina. Il silenzio e la luce del monolocale.
Cons: Pochi saponi liquidi e una caffettiera più piccola per due persone ma sono dettagli minimi.

Cons: L'unica pecca è stata la mancanza di cuscini in più nel caso ne servissero.

Tutto benissimo ,consigliatissimo per gite brevi a Merano
Pros: Parcheggio gratuito sotto casa,letto comodissimo e appartamento in posizione ottima
Cons: Solo per consiglio,avendo la cucina in appartamento ,prossime volte lascerei almeno olio e sale a disposizione
