Pros: Appartamento molto pulito, funzionale e vicinissimo al centro.centro raggiungibile a piedi. Dotato di parcheggio privato all'interno del cortile della struttura.

Bell'appartamento, da consigliare per un piacevole soggiorno a Merano

Pros: Bellissimo appartamento, ben arredato e ben fornito di tutto il necessario, con bel giardino a disposizione. Ottima posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Comodo il posto auto privato.

Cons: Unico piccolo rilievo, la mancanza di un appoggio per le valigie in camera.

Prima appartement voor bezoek aan Merano

Pros: Mooi en schoon appartement en van alles voorzien, centraal gelegen in het centrum en een prettig terras buiten. Regelmatig nam de verhuurder contact met ons op waarbij hij vriendelijk vroeg of er nog wensen waren.

Cons: De parkeergelegenheid was wat ingewikkeld. De aangeboden kelder kun je alleen met een 4-wheeldrive weer verlaten, en die hadden wij niet, dus dat werd duwen. De plek op begane grond vereist zeer goede manoeuvreer skills.

Pros: Sehr schöne Wohnung, 10 Minuten zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Gastgeber war super freundlich und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen.Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht um sich Wohl zu fühlen 😀.

Pros: Ottima posizione a 8 minuti dal centro, a 5 minuti ci sono 2 supermercati. Camere pulite. Parcheggio gratuito.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist nähe des Centrrums und somit alles gut zu erreichen.. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons: Die Sirenen der immer vorbeifahren Krankenwagen und der Hubschrauber von dem naheliegenden Krankenhaus

Pros: Der Standort mit 10 minütiger Laufentfernung von der Innenstadt, die hohen Hecken für die Privatsphäre im Garten und der rundum saubere und moderne Stil der Wohnung haben für ein tolles Erlebnis gesorgt. Auch das Badezimmer war modern, lichtdurchflutet und gut ausgestattet.

Sehr gut

Pros: Die Lage war sehr gut.Wir konnten zu Fuß alles erreichen wie Geschäfte Bahnhof Stadt und Spazierwege .Auto Liesen wir stehen und nahmen Busse die uns günstig überall hinbrachten hatten dafür eine App runtergeladen um die Tickets zu kaufen.Nette Besitzer die sich bemühen wie es einen geht und ob alles in Ordnung ist.Die Wohnung sehr sauber und eigentlich alles was man braucht .War froh abends meinen italienischen Sender zu sehen keine Angst es gibt auch einen deutschen Sender😂

Pros: Appartamento al piano terra con grazioso patio esterno, dotato di ogni comfort. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e con parcheggio. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo
