Great place to stay for short and long term

Pros: Object is located in a quiet area with nice view on surrounding mountains. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance, city center is approximately 20 minutes away on foot. There is parking space available next to building, bus stop is also located nearby. Apartment itself is very bright, comfortable and equipped with everything that may be needed for a living both for shorter and longer stay. Host is one of the nicest person we’ve ever met!

Pros: Appartamento veramente molto carino e super attrezzato. Ottima pulizia. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile anche nei suggerimenti di attività da fare nei dintorni di Merano.

Cons: Purtroppo - a differenza di quanto ci era parso dall'annuncio - non è fruibile il giardino, in particolare modo per chi, come noi, viaggia con cani. In ogni caso siamo stati preventivamente avvisati dalla proprietaria e ci siamo organizzati di conseguenza.

Pros: Zeer schoon, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Attente en vriendelijke verhuurder. Balkon aan 2 kanten, zodat je de hele dag in de schaduw of in de zon kan zitten

Cons: De weg langs het appartement was best druk. Het hotel wat ernaast zat, werd een paar keer s nachts van voorraad voorzien, hiervan werden we ‘s nachts wakker.

Soggiorno tranquillo, molto confortevole e rilassante

Pros: Posizione ottima per girare Merano, dintorni e locali caratteristici. Posto molto rilassante e silenzioso, Abitazione davvero fresca nonostante la calura esterna. L'appartamento è curato e gestito affinché l'ospite trovi tutto il necessario e le comodità per il suo soggiorno. Splendido e spazioso terrazzo dove ho potuto rilassarmi e godere del paesaggio. Pulizia ottima e pure gentilezza e premura della proprietaria.

Pros: Proprietaria disponibile e cortese. Posizione tranquilla in zona residenziale leggermente decentrata ma comoda per i mezzi pubblici e volendo in 15-20 minuti si arriva a piedi in centro città.
