Poland 🇵🇱

Pros: great location - the apartment is in the city center, close to restaurants and shops. Parking lot is available what is very convenient. The apartment is very big with nice dining space. Every bedroom has its own bathroom.

Cons: our flight was delayed 2 hours so I informed the owner/manager that we would arrive 2 hours later (2 hours after check in time). He responded that we should contact booking.com for finding some place to stay for that night. His response was impolite and disrespectful - using capital letters “I will close the facility” etc. Finally they waited for us, but we had a very stressful and unpleasant situation while traveling with one-year old baby (moreover we already paid). if you have any risk of flight delay or traffic jams consider not to stay in this apartment. There are plenty of similar apartments in this region with the same price range and polite and friendly staff. It was the first time in my life that I met this way of communicating with guests.

Wonderful apartment in well located and characterful town

Pros: Great location in the centre of the town surrounded by mountains with fantastic views. Well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Hotel has dedicated parking which is really useful in such a busy resort town.

Cons: No complaints at all!

Una ottima scelta per una famiglia numerosa.

Pros: Un meraviglioso attico nel centro di Moena con vista sul paese. Pulito, ben arredato con una cucina funzionale ben attrezzata. Ascensore che arriva direttamente in appartamento. Anche se in centro si può arrivare direttamente in auto (ad esempio per scaricare e caricare i bagagli) seguendo le istruzioni del gestore evitando la ZTL. Coop sotto casa! La possibilità di portare con noi il nostro cane di piccola taglia è stato determinante nella scelta.

Cons: Forse un po' troppi cuscini su divano, letto, ecc. Arredano, ma non li abbiamo trovati utili. Li abbiamo spostati e riposti negli armadi. Abbiamo chiesto solo un paio di chiavi. Se si è in più persone è meglio chiederne due copie (specie per l'ascensore)

Pros: Appartement war schön eingerichtet, modern, hell und sauber. In der Küche alles vorhanden zum Kochen. Balkon mit schöner Aussicht und zentral gelegen.

Cons: Zimmer Nr. 2: zwischen Bett und Badezimmer/Toilette war nur ein Glasfenster. Für uns (und Freunde) keine Option das Zimmer noch einmal zu buchen.
