Alles perfekt f. Urlaub zu Zweit, gute Ausganglage für Ausflüge an schöne Orte. Sauberkeit tipptopp

Pros: Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet incl. super-tollen Küche. Die Vermieterin ist eine excellente Gastgeberin, die bei Bedarf Tipps gibt und weiterhilft und das alles höchst sympathisch und diskret. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Pros: El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y está todo muy nuevo y bien cuidado. Tiene plaza de parking cubierto con acceso directo en ascensor hasta el apartamento. Se encuentra a pocos metros de un supermercado y cerca de varios bares y restaurantes.

Cons: Eché de menos un tostador (quizá también un microondas) y gel en la ducha

Pros: Moderne, sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Unterkunft. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Cons: Lediglich ein Backofen wäre noch praktisch gewesen, aber das is jammern auf hohen Niveau 😉

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in guter Lage zwischen Meran und bozen

Pros: Hochwertige, moderne Wohnung mit schönem Balkon. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet hinsichtlich Geschirr und Verbrauchsgütern. Tiefgarage mit Zugang zur Wohnung per Fahrstuhl war sehr angenehm. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die jederzeit erreichbar war.

Pros: Neues, geräumiges Apartment mit umfangreicher Ausstattung in zentraler Lage mitten in Nals. Wohn-Esszimmer wie auch das Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zum großen, nach Süden ausgerichteten Balkon. Für heiße Sommertage ist die Ferienwohnung mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet; wir haben diese nicht benötigt. Ein abschließbarer Tiefgaragenplatz ist vorhanden und über den Aufzug direkt von der Wohnung erreichbar. Die Vermieterin Johanna Knoll ist sehr zuvorkommend, steht mit Rat zur Verfügung und jederzeit erreichbar. Gastlichkeit auf sehr hohem Niveau. Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit.

Urlaub in Südtirol 2024

Pros: Sehr sauber und sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hell und freundlich. Die Tiefgarage und der Aufzug bis zum Apartement sind sehr komfortabel.

Cons: Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nur einen Backofen u./o. eine Mikrowelle vermisst.
