Exceptional customer service

Pros: The true level of customer service is recognized when an issue occurs. There was an issue in our case and the way it was resolved (from communication to action) was exceptional and that's what matters the most. As a result, we want to return and for longer time.

Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Pros: Appartamento molto confortevole, arredato con gusto, in posizione ottima a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Naturno e vicinissimo al supermercato. Parcheggio riservato proprio sotto casa. Davvero da consigliare.

Cons: Qualche posata/bicchiere in più e magari una scopa in alternativa all'aspirapolvere. Per il resto tutto veramente perfetto!
