Croatia 🇭🇷

Perfect stay in the hart of Naturns

Pros: We spent two nights at Rooftop and absolutely loved it. The apartment is brand new, beautifully furnished, and very spacious. It has two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a bright open-plan kitchen and living room. The large terrace with a mountain view is a highlight – a perfect spot for a morning coffee or a relaxing lunch. The kitchen is impressively well-equipped with everything you might need, far more than in a typical rental. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator and includes a private parking spot in the garage. Despite being in the very center of Naturns, the apartment is perfectly quiet. Restaurants, cafés, shops, a wellness salon, the Athesia store, and the bus stop are all just steps away. Our host was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful, providing all the information we needed. It was a flawless stay, and I can only highly recommend this place to future guests.

Modernes Apartment mit toller Aussicht und zentraler Lage - gerne wieder.

Pros: Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war komplet einfach. Via Video haben wir die Informationen zum Parkplatz (Tiefgarage) und zum Schlüsselsafe erhalten. Auch die Abgabe gestaltete sich problemlos. Die recht neue Wohnung ist mit sehr komfortablen Betten und einem bequemen Sofa im Wohnzimmer ausgestattet. Die Küche lädt einem förmlich zum Kochen ein, aber wir wollen ja schliesslich auch die umliegende Gastronomie berücksichtigen. Dank der zentralen Lage blieb unser Auto während des Aufenthaltes stehen. Busse warten quasi vor der Türe und zum Bahnhof sind es ein paar Minuten zu Fuss. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibts ebenfalls in Fussdistanz genügend. Die grosse, sonnige Terrasse mit weitem Blick über Naturns und Sicht auf die Berge lädt einem zum Sonnetanken ein.

Cons: Wer eher lärmempfindlich ist, sollte nie eine zentrale Lage buchen. Dank der aufwändigen Verglasung von Fenstern und Balkontüren, sowie einer elektrischen Komfort-Belüftung mit Wärmetauscher hält sich der Lärmpegel in Grenzen. Bei offenen Fenstern kann aber die Belieferung des Discounters in der Nacht stören. Auch die umliegenden Gartenwirtschaften sind bei geöffneten Fenstern hörbar. Geschlafen habe ich aber gut, während meine Frau eher mal aufwachte.

Pros: Geschmackvolle, gut durchdachte Ausstattung der Wohnung. Wunderbarer Blick von der Dachterrasse über die Dächer von Naturns in die Berglandschaft.. Das Einchecken , Eingang zur Tiefgarage, Müllplatz etc. wurde einem durch ein Video sehr erleichtert. Es blieben keine Fragen offen. Außerdem hatten wir bei Bedarf sofort Kontakt mit dem netten Vermieter.
