Pros: Great location with fantastic views across Ortesei. The pool and sauna were super clean and amazing after a hard day on the pistes.

Pros: Very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect after skiing. Special thanks to the receptionist for the kindness and for keeping our luggage after checkout. A small gesture that meant a lot. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay
Pros: Beautiful location 10mins walk to access lift, staff lovely, beautiful rooms, pool and sauna great.
Cons: Nothing major, a lovely stay. Pool could be 2deg warmer Suggest walk down / don’t use the ski bus if you want early runs, bus is often late - locker ski storage at Seceda base is very good Room was very hot and extremely dry - fruit / bread got very dehydrated

Beautifully renovated, clean hotel with great facilities and exceptional hospitality
Pros: This place is stunning! The hot spa/swimming pool & sauna were a massive highlight for our family after a hard day of skiing. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed with everything you could need in terms of comfort, esp if bringing a family (coffee, detergent, condiments etc), and, with 3 kids, the laundry room was a godsend. The service was exceptional - warm, friendly, accommodating. (After 2 weeks there we felt like we were with family). Small touches - eg a surprise tray of cakes/donuts/brioche laid out for guests as a snack after skiing - gave further charm.
Cons: Having spectacular views….means being up on a hill far from ski lifts! The local buses to/from the ski lifts were ad hoc & timetable/routes difficult to understand. There was only one bus we could guarantee would be at Antoniusplatz on the hour (we learned to time our day accordingly). I saw that the hotel had a wonderful complimentary shuttle service for children attending ski school - I think (ALL) guests would benefit profusely from this service …even if operating for only an hour in morning and afternoon.

Stunning views, luxurious and spacious room, amazing location we loved it.
Pros: Wow this place was absolutely stunning, one of the most magical places we stayed on our 5 week honeymoon around Europe. The rooms were quite large, great layout, comfy bed. The pool and sauna downstairs were amazing, it was a great experience and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming, made our stay very enjoyable. Parking was easy with lift access into the building. Cannot wait to return one day.

Love the beautiful view!
Pros: The beautiful winter view from the apartment is unforgettable! Location was good - within short drives to cable car stations, minutes’ walk to centre of Ortesei town (longer when walking back uphill). Our 2-bedroom apartment with separate baths was comfortable for our family of 5, we particularly like the open kitchen with booth seats at the dining area. Parking is in a sheltered area.
