A very nice place and the people are very friendly

Pros: A wonderful and very quiet place, and most importantly, there's nothing else available. It was a very successful choice, and I loved the place. A romantic place for couples; I highly recommend it.

Fantastic stay in the Dolomites

Pros: Franz is a fantastic host. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean and equipped with everything needed for cooking, washing etc. Franz regularly checked in on us, provided food recommendations, and even gave us a welcome Sauvignon.

Cons: No complaints at all, although do note that the accommodations are about a 5 minute drive from Ortisei (or a 20 minute walk).

Beautiful apartment with an incredible host, in the most magical town.

Pros: Amazing large space with thoughtful decor and facilities. Felt like staying in a home, for a very reasonable price point. The host was so so kind and helpful, and gave us lots of tips. He also gave us free bus tickets and pool/spa entry tickets for a place in town. We stayed in almost 10 different places across Europe during our trip and Cesa Zinch was hands down our favorite. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Not really anything we didn’t like. I guess it’s important to know that it’s a decent walk out of the main part of the town, but we didn’t mind the walk at all, as it was so beautiful.

Pros: The apartment was clean and well kept. Near to the bus stop which goes to Antonius Plaza even though i had a car. A good view to the mountians and a hiking trail #7 behind the unit. Mr and Mrs Franz were very friendly. Will return here again for my next trip. Great experience.

Cons: The bed is sowing some signs of collapsing on the left had side. Pillows needs change as that is aging too. But the sheets and towels were clean.

A wonderful 5-night stay in the vicinity of Ortisei

Pros: The room is super clean and comfortable. The owner and his family is very kind and ready to help. It almost fully fulfilled our expectation! Large room, family-friendly facilities (there is even a dining chair for kid), and garden/mountain view, Also, we enjoyed the swimming pool with the voucher included.

Cons: Like others said, the location is not in the center of the town. Please be aware of the schedule of buses if you travel with public transport like us. Perhaps one more small problem is that we didn't find kitchen tissue paper (although there is a cloth).

Pros: Where to start. Our room was immaculate. It was so clean and modern we felt as though it was built the day prior and we were the first people to stay. Extremely comfortable environment and very friendly host. You can immediately tell that the host makes every effort to provide a quality experience. Even down to all the fixtures such as amazing high pressure rain shower head and electric blinds etc. This stay was worth every cent and will make the perfect home base for your time in Ortesei.

Cons: Please note that this is not in the centre of Ortesei. You will need a car to maximise your experience at this stay. If you don’t have a car I may recommend staying in the town centre.

Pros: The apartment was so clean that it seems new and never used. The apartment is so large, the host is very friendly, and it is only couple of minutes driving to the center.

Cons: Nothing so far

Pros: Everything was very nice! Skiroom is good, heating for boots. In room - its clean, new and comfortable. Very warm.

Pobyt spełnił moje oczekiwania, jestem w 100% usatysfakcjonowany.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do przystanku komunikacji miejskiej. Komunikacja miejska , po zarejestrowaniu przez właściciela obiektu , darmowa. Restauracje w bliskim sąsiedztwie. Obiekt bardzo czysty, świetnie wyposażony. Wstęp na basen i do saun w cenie pobytu. Właściciel bardzo pomocny i gościnny. Zostałem mile zaskoczony udostępnieniem przez gospodarza dodatkowego pokoju z łazienką bez żadnych opłat i z jego osobistej inicjatywy. Szczerze polecam to miejsce!
