Apartments Elmarino

Pros: we spent an amazing 4 days in the apparatus. The apartment is clean, recently renovated, everything you need was there. Near the metro, which was very convenient, a wonderful fish restaurant across the road. I want to say about the owners, wonderful people ready to help in any matter. It was convenient that they lived next door and communication was very fast. We often visit Milan and now this will be our favorite place

Cons: it was not very convenient that the elevator is only up to the 5th floor and on the 1st floor you need to climb the stairs (if you have heavy luggage) but this will not spoil the impression of the apartment

Pros: It’s newly renovated, with clean toilet, beds. Come with all basic necessities. Nicely decorated with 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms. Comfortable beds and a nice dining corner. The sofa can be converted into a double bed.

Cons: There is NO washing machine! Our fault as we should have checked earlier. Also, location is 20mins walk from town centre. Even though there is a bus stop right outside the apartment, the frequency is low and you have to time your trips carefully, otherwise you would need to walk. The bus ends at 6:30pm ):. Also, the coffee machine capsule is with odd size (not Nespresso nor Dolce Gusto). No basic condiments like cooking oil or sugar.

Pros: The apartment is clean , cosy and has small balcony like space, the view outside the apartment is stunning

Cons: -The location is far from the centre and uphill, no taxi available and we had hard time with the local bus there who doesn’t know English and is not cooperative I advise to book here only if you have car - the check in process has to be done in the office which is 7-10 mins from the apartment
