Very clean small room

Pros: The room was very clean, in a central location of the village, 5 minutes by foot from the lift

Cons: The pillows need to be upgraded, the bathroom was very large compared to the room, and it could have had a small kitchen. Also it would be nice if there was a capsule coffee machine. Compare to other rooms in the village we think its a little bit overpriced for what it provides. No cleaning or changing sheets service is included to the price, no shampoo in the shower and its not refered anywhere in the policy that in order to change the sheets is charged for 20 euros. After we made complaints they provide as clean sheets to put them by our own

Everything was perfect - quick, smooth, and enjoyable.

Pros: Roman & Karin are great hosts, we had no issues with communication in English, they're very helpful with everything. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated with excellent room amenities. Ciasa Mascotte has an excellent location, practically in the center of San Vigilio with beautiful views from the balcony. Cafés, bakeries, shops, and bars are all within walking distance. There's also a gas station nearby. If we ever visit San Vigilio again, we will definitely choose to stay at Ciasa Mascotte!

Cons: I don't think there was anything I didn't like during our stay. Everything was handled quickly, smoothly, and pleasantly.

Perfect choice for a family, cozy and clean apartment with amazing location.

Pros: Amazing location, the apartment was big, very clean and well-equipped. Perfect choice for a family of 4. The host was super kind and helpful. We could park by the house, which made the trips around smooth. The view from the windows are beautiful. Super restaurants nearby.

Cons: The pillows were too soft for us, but it's just personal preference.

Great location, great stay! Would definitely stay again - great for a couple or friends.

Pros: The staff were very friendly! Very willing to help and give advise.The manager was willing to contact us via WhatsApp as well which was much appreciated.

Cons: The only thing that would have been beneficial would be to have a scrub brush and small container or sachet of washing up detergent, so that we didn't have to buy a pack/whole bottle for such a short stay.

Pros: Zentrale aber ruhige Lage, eigener Parkplatz. Schönes Zimmer mit großem und modernem Bad. Kühlschrank und Teekocher vorhanden. Großer Balkon. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden.
