Pros: Beautiful views. We were going to Cortina for a couple of Olympic events and it was very convenient from the apartment. The instructions for check in and out and the parking were all easy.

Cons: The upper bunk bed had no rail (as I've noticed in other Italian rentals). My children roll in their sleep and I am not comfortable with them being so high with out a rail so we ended up with 3 of us on the double bed. Other than that the apartment was well equipped, and even had coffee on hand for the morning.
