Great location for Lago di Braies

Pros: This is a beautifiul apartment in a nice little town, a short drive for people who want to visit Lago Di Braies. The apartment is spacious and modern with everything you need to comfortable. An underground parking space was also included. There was a nice patio area as well. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were spacious. The garage parking spot and apartment were clearly marked with an Arturist Villabass sign so you could easily find them.

Cons: The key pickup is in a different town about 15 minutes away. Parking for the office for key pickup was diffiuclt and we had to find a parking lot a few blocks away in order to pick up the keys since parking in front of the officen was blocked off. During our visit the temperatures rose to 35 degrees C and the temperature in the apartment was 30 when we arrived at the apartment. Despite opening all the windows it stayed quite warm. I'm not sure if air conditioning was available but we were not able to change the temperature on the thermostat without a PIN number which was not provided. Unfortunately because we had the windows open,on both nights there was quite a bit of noise around midnight (yelling, fighting) from the bar/ restaurant down the street as well as the church bells early in the morning. Something that is out of the control of the apartment owners but light sleepers beware!

Une halte reposante

Pros: Accueil très professionnel et serviable du personnel de l'agence de location...à l'écoute du problème rencontré (cf ci dessous) et ayant proposé une décôte après avis du propriétaire pour minimiser l'absence de jouissance de la terrasse. Gîte se trouvant à 8km de l'agence, localisé grâce aux plans remis...Dans le centre du village le studio moderne , bien équipé et confortable est conforme à la photo de l'annonce et avec parking.

Cons: Attention aux horaires d'ouverture de l'agence de location qui ferme à 18h ....Quand on arrive de loin ce peut être une vraie contrainte! La photo donnée par booking ne correspond absolument pas à l'aspect extérieur du bâtiment , d'où une certaine surprise.... Enfin la terrasse n'a pu être utilisée , couverte par la poussière du chantier de l'appartement voisin mais réponse appropriée de l'agence (cf ci dessus)

Pros: blízkost centra , vlak a autobus v blízkosti, Südtirol Guest Pass v ceně, dobré vybavení bytu

Cons: způsob předání klíčů a check in-check out - nutno se dostavit do San Candida v 1 pokoji poschoďová postel - nelze zde otevřít 1 okno (pasoucí se dobytek-hmyz)

Confortable et bien situé pour les points attractifs des dolomites

Pros: Appartement bien agencé, avec une surface bien exploitée, le rendant confortable, d'autant plus qu'il était bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge, etc...)

Cons: La prise des clés dans une autre ville (10 km), avec une adresse d'appartement attribué différente de celle de la réservation, et un accès au parking mal décrit dans la fiche.
