everything perfect!!!

Pros: - very good location in middle of town centre - very nice and helpful owner - dedicated parking space in 20 seconds of walk from hotel entrance (roofed parking spots - perfect!!!) - very quiet place with climatic old interior design - perfectly clean and very spacious room

Pros: The space was big. The owner was very friendly and helped us to ensure we got to the hotel safely. Had very soft beds and sofas. All was lovely

Pros: The staffs were really nice. The location is nice, there is bus from bolzano until late hours.

Cons: There is no bidet, there is no kettle or fridge in the room. We also didn’t see the iron box.

Great to be in the centre with safe parking

Pros: Weisses Rossl is a beautiful old building right in the middle of San Michele Appiano and we have stayed there 1 night for the last 6 years. We go to eat in san michele at an outstanding Michelin 1 star restaurant Osteria Aquarol and it is 60 meters for us to wander back.It also has excellent safe parking despite being in the centre of town. Perfect for our purpose and very amenable people.

Cons: It's only a room for the night but the small cafe 30m away is good for breakfast

Pros: We stayed only one night but would be comfortable to stay longer. Central location. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. We were confused by the self check-in, but phone call sorted it. Alex guided us via video call to the free parking.

Cons: We didn't find the small fridge until the morning. Hahaha.

The hotel in a nice small town

Pros: We were here only for one night (without meal) with our small dog and everything was fine. The owner showed us where we could park for free. The room was spacious and clean. The atrium of the hotel is incredible - for its atmosphere.

Cons: There was a bit of noise from the bathroom in the next room, but it wasn't a big problem.
