Stayed for a week skiing. Will come back anytime

Pros: Exceptional service. Very good breakfast with choice of freshly prepared eggs and pancakes was a treat. Very close to skilift. Fresh towels every day a luxery

A gem in Canazei that is open all year around!

Pros: We were thankful to find this open hotel in the midst of the low season. The staff w very friendly. We didn’t use the ski lift since we were there in low season but the hotel is very convenient located with direct access to the lift.

Lovely place to stay.

Pros: The staff/owners make this place really unique and thanks to their hospitality and genuine interest in making your stay great not just a place but a palace. Breakfast was excellent, the room had all I needed. Location is very central, very close to the lift. Ample parking space. And it is open all year around - which is rare (I stayed there in mid October - very much not season and was difficult to find a place to sleep in the area).

Pros: Great location with good breakfast. Hosts were excellent at providing useful info which lead to an amazing 3 days in the Dolomites.

Excellent and enjoyable

Pros: The family were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb, and there was an excellent restaurant 100 mtres away. The mountain views all round were lovely.

Great place to return after a day of sporting activities

Pros: Perfectly located, very friendly and helpful family. Family run. The storage facilities for our racing bikes were more than perfect. We really had a wonderful stay, hope we can return in the coming years

Great value for money for whole family. Very service-minded.

Pros: Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful with local tips. We liked the fact it was family-run. Rooms cleaned everyday. Breakfast excellent with small local delicacies. Location also exceptional right by the cablecar.

Cons: As non-smokers, smoking allowed room was not the best option. OK, could have asked to change the room and probably it would have been arranged.
