Pros: The owner Mr. Giovanni was waiting for check in at a late time around 20:00. He was so kind and heated the room before I arrive. And he upgraded the room to a double room even I had reservation for a single room. The breakfast was great, there is a lady who prepares it and who asks for a scrembled eggs or omlettes. Everything was great and I recommended this place to my friends too. I want to visit again soon...

Great local town for my ski trip. Lovely and helpful staff.

Pros: Location was perfect. Close enough to take advantage of the buses (included in the guest pass) but far enough to be away from a touristic feeling town. Ski boot room was lovely for my equiptment. Great breakfast (with eggs!), fruits and juice. A private sauna (with reservation) was very much appreciated especially I know that in this region, most saunas are mixed gender & customary to use without swimsuit. I felt much more comfortable using the facilities knowing that I didn't have to share it with strangers.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: It was exceptional! Everything from their staff (Giovanni) who was incredibly friendly and helpful, to the rooms that were really clean and cozy was really amazing and helped to make a great stay for us. It is located near a bus station that leads you directly to Ortisei or to Chiusa (the stay includes free passes for buses) and also they serve a really warm breakfast for free. 100% recommended.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The host was amazing, very welcoming, and went above and beyond with everything. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice and good quality food with mountain views. We really appreciated the free private sauna, including fresh towels, which was a perfect way to relax after a whole day of skiing. The room and the entire hotel were very clean. The room itself was nice and comfortable, the bathroom was brand new and modern. Wi-Fi worked very well (around 20/20 Mbps with very low ping), which was a nice bonus. The location is also excellent – close to a shop and restaurants in a lovely small town. Skiers will appreciate the free ski bus and ski boot dryer.

Cons: The only minor downside is that the sound insulation between rooms could be better, but the hotel is generally very quiet and calm, so this did not affect our stay at all.

Pros: Nice and cosy place! Host very friendly and careful to all our needs! Daily private transfer from accommodation to ski area and return free of charge is a big plus!

Pros: The landscape is brilliant. The house owner is one of the best people you could ever meet in your entire life. The hotel provides everything and the facility is great. I would give you one hundred percent recommendation.

Pros: The host Giovanni was extremely helpful and went out of his way to provide local information about where to eat , buy food and see the best of the sights. He went out of his way to help us find our way after dark to the accommodation. The views from the hotel were breathtaking. Parking was easy. The apartment was spotless and obviously had been recently renovated! Would highly recommend this stay so long as you have a car. The hotel is in a beautiful village of Laion.
