Friendliest staff in a stunning location!

Pros: Perfect hotel with all that you need and more, in a brilliant location and with staff who were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Beautiful views of the mountain and a 5 min walk to the main lift - can’t ask for more!

Perfectly comfortable and clean hotel with a super friendly and great service.

Pros: We felt at home thanks to Silvia who is an excellent, friendly and helpful host. Every day we received tips on where and how to go, details on public transportation or on road constructions that could effect our trip. She speaks at least 3 languages well, Italian, German and English. The breakfast was superb, each morning Silvia asked what type of coffe and egg we want and she remembered our (and everone’s) preference. Ever morning there was a wide selection of options, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, fruits, vegetables, sweets and all kinds of things for musli. Also there is a majestic view on the Sassolungo from the breakfast room. The room was cleaned every day thoroughly and changed towels. There is a creek next to the hotel that you can hear when you leave the windows open, for is it was the perfect white noise that helped us sleep. The beds are comfortable and when we asked for an extra blanket we received it in 15 minutes. You can make the room completley dark for the night.

Cons: Our room did not have a balcony, probably we did not pay attention at the booking process.

Pros: I was stayed at 26th - 29th August, Silvia was a Excellent Host. Great guide to Santa Cristina at communicating & helping me get to the accommodation. Thank to Silvia guide the tour she shared her favorite hikes and places to see with comfortable. The room was clean & lovely equipped. A short walk to the bus stop to Ortisei and Bolzano & to supermarket. A enjoyed lunch on the terrace out the back, lovely little spot under the umbrellas and a nice place to relax. Breakfast was a real Good. It had everything and fresh. More! It was so lovely with lots of selection & a great way to start a day of hiking. Near by the small river not so bad noise were there - So Nice if you like white noise I guess. Double bed, Blanket and Pillow were Cozy to help your journey. I'll Stay if I gonna visit again.. Morever In Winter, Skiing!!

The room was clean & lovely presentation. A short walk to the bus stop & supermarket. A enjoyed lunch on the terrace out the back, lovely little spot under the umbrellas and a nice place to relax. Breakfast was a real delight. It had everything and more! It was so lovely with lots of selection & a great way to start a day of hiking.

Cons: You need to close the windows at night because the river nearby is quite loud - good if you like white noise I guess. But it was a bit warm for me without a breeze. Double bed was 2 singles and you felt the ridge in between but the mattresses were comfortable.
