Chalet Avidea Secret

A comfortable and well-equipped stay overall, with a few minor details that could be improved.

Pros: Overall, everything was very good. After we clarified a few questions about the heating, the open fireplace made the place very comfortable and warm. In general, it is an interesting project and all family members were satisfied; the sauna heated up quickly, there was plenty of space, and the open kitchen with the large table, as well as the washer and dryer, made everything very practical.

Cons: The pillows were quite large but not very comfortable for me personally, although this is likely a matter of individual preference; the mattresses were good overall. The heating was stronger upstairs, while the downstairs rooms and the lower bathroom felt a bit cooler in comparison. After two days the house warmed up better, but the temperature downstairs still remained slightly fresh, and using the fireplace in both rooms caused the lights to turn off, which was a bit irritating.

Pros: The house with its interior and exterior is amazing, also its facilities, surrounding nature with forest and wildlife, perfect location near the walking trails and Merano 2000 ski slopes.

Pros: Sehr ruhige Lage, guter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und Ausflüge, sehr schöne Terrasse, Sehr netter Kontakt zur Rezeption, gute Kopfkissen, schöne Deko

Cons: Die unteren Zimmer haben alle keine Fenster. (2 Schlafzimmer, Bad und Sauna) Die Küchenutensilien sind nicht komplett, bzw etwas veraltet.

Pros: Super nette Gastgeber. Tolle Lage, leider ging nicht überall die Heizung- ansonsten alles super. Vielen Dank

Bellissimo, con qualche piccola mancanza

Pros: Lo chalet molto bello e la posizione vicinissima alle piste.

Cons: Il vialetto per arrivare allo chalet è privato, quindi non viene ripulito dalla neve e risulta difficile da percorrere sia in macchina che a piedi, quando si forma il ghiaccio. Nello chalet manca qualche piccolo accorgimento per un soggiorno davvero confortevole (vd. appendibi per asciugamani e accappatoi nei bagni).

Chalet en montagne exceptionnel.

Pros: Le chalet est vraiment très agréable, spacieux, propre, au calme. Bien équipé. Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant.

Cons: Le chalet est un peu isolé, ce qui reste agréable certe mais justifie de bien s’organiser pour les courses. Nous étions prévenus donc c’est ce que nous avions fait.

Cons: Falls voll belegt, sollte die Küchenausstattung etwas aufgerüstet werden

Einmaliger schöner Urlaub.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war großartig. Hier stimmte alles. Die Ausstattung war außergewöhnlich, nobel, ein Zusammenspiel zwischen Natur/ Holz und Moderne ohne dabei die Gemütlichkeit zu verlieren. Wir wären gern länger geblieben. Ein Ansprechpartner war immer zu Stelle wenn erforderlich. 10 Minuten Laufweg von der Bergbahn entfernt. Sofortiger Einstieg ins Wandergebiet. Mit dem Auto ist die Unterkunft gut zu erreichen
