Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend it. The surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the fresh bread delivery every morning – such a great and convenient touch. The apartment itself was very well equipped and everything was of high quality. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily come back again.

Excellent apartment - will recommend to all family and friends who visit South Tyrol

Pros: Apartment in Telfin-lanzin was excellent. Located as part of the family working farm it was great to breathe in the alpine air and hear and see the cows grazing with the imposing Schlern mountain as a back drop. The apartment had ever thing we needed for our 11 day stay. The host , Carmen was outstanding and was always willing to assist with anything we asked for. We stayed 11 nights and were sad to leave at the end of our stay.

Cons: Cannot find any negatives to add about apartment. In June 2025 There was roadwork / construction taking place which meant a detour was needed down a narrow path with tight bends to get to main road. It was not an issue for us as we had a small car but a larger SUV type vehicle may struggle on the path. This is temporary - not sure when road work will finish.

All amenities you need at the bottom of mountains

Pros: Nice comfortable apartment, nice size rooms, all amenities you would need (dishwasher, toaster, washing machine, fridge etc) Really helpful staff (we were offered to buy jam, eggs from the farm etc) Nice view from the balcony Storage area for ski equipment 5-8 min drive to the cablecar, 30-40 min walk in the village of Siusi I would really recommend this accomodation👍

Cons: The pillows could have been a little bit more comfy and maybe a single big blanket instead of 2 small ones 😬

Pros: Quiet, peaceful place with beautiful view. Clean, warm and comfortable apartment. Fresh bread delivery, eggs from the farm and homemade jams. Very friendly host. Just 5 minutes drive to Seiser Alm cablecar.

Pros: Чудове місце, види з вікна - просто казка. В помешканні є все необхідне для відпочинку та приготування їжі. Особливо зручно було те, що господарі можуть запропонувати сезонні продукти, смаколики та свіжий хліб.

Pros: Sehr schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht. Nette Vermieter , die stets für Rückfragen zur Verfügung standen, immer wieder gerne :)!

Pros: The view was the best ever! I also loved listening to the cuckoo bird sing. We had the opportunity to buy fresh farm products and Carmen also gifted us lettuce and quail eggs. Each day she took the time to help us find a new hike at our level and the way to get there without getting lost. Everything was so perfect. It definitely exceeded our expectations and we would love to return.

Cons: We were there at the beginning of June 2025 and there was heavy construction on the road GPS guided us to. Be sure to get alternate route instructions if you're going before the construction is done. Luckily, we found the way there by knocking on a strangers door and she helped us by explaining an alternate route.

Pros: We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful farm apartment in South Tyrol with our family. One of the highlights was the farm itself — our children loved helping the owner, Daniel, with daily chores like feeding the animals and cleaning. It was an amazing hands-on experience that they’ll never forget. The property is wonderful, with plenty of space for the kids to play outside all day, which they absolutely loved. The view from our window was stunning, overlooking a majestic mountain. The location is also perfect — just a short drive or easy bus ride to many great hiking trails, especially family-friendly routes. We explored everything we planned and truly enjoyed every moment. Lastly, the hospitality from Carmen and Daniel was exceptional. They were kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place for families looking for a unique and memorable getaway!
