Excellent view and friendly owner.

Pros: Definetley very welcoming owner and a friendly dog 😊. A great view of the mountains and clean. Warm room and hot water always available.

Cons: Everything was great. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear the people talking mext room.

Incantevole

Pros: Il posto è bellissimo, si è immersi nella natura, tra boschi e animali da pascolo. Il proprietario è una bravissima persona che sa come trattare i clienti, sempre disponibile ad accontentare qualsiasi richiesta. La consiglio fortemente sia per l'estate che inverno.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

Pros: Wenn man mal oben ist (ganz schön steil die Straße) ist die Lage fantastisch und man hat einen super Blick von dem großen Balkon ins Tal. Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig vor allen Dingen die Küche und das Badezimmer. Die Lage ist super ruhig und man kann direkt loswandern. Vom Besitzer bekamen wir frische Milch von der Kuh und auch Eier.

Cons: Die Einrichtung ist sehr pragmatisch, alles ist da, könnte aber etwas heimeliger oder liebevoller sein

Pros: Posto con una visuale stupenda sui monti e le valli. La famiglia che ospita abita a piano terra ed è gentilissima. L'appartamento è grande e accogliente, in cucina c'è tutto il necessario, i letti sono comodi. Fuori regna la pace. In meno di mezz'ora si va a Merano, godendosi il panorama.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Südtirol zu erkunden!

Pros: Wir sind mehr oder weniger zufällig auf diese Unterkuft gestoßen und wurden sehr positiv überrascht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Berge war fantastisch! Auch wenn wir dafür sehr hoch auf den Berg fahren mussten, war dies aufgrund der gut ausgebauten Straßen kein Problem. Außerdem waren die Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns auch einige Tipps gegeben, was Ausflugsziele und Routen angeht. Man bekommt zu dem Aufenthalt auch eine Mobilcard dazu, mit der man kostenlos den regionalen Nahverkehr in Südtirol nutzen kann (auch einige Seilbahnen!). Was die Wohnung angeht, ist noch die Sauberkeit und die gut durchdachte Ausstattung, insbesondere der Küche, hervorzuheben.

Pros: La struttura è in mezzo alla natura in un posto incontaminato, abbastanza comoda per raggiungere la stazione dei treni di Terlano (una mezz'ora) e muoversi quindi coi mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento è molto pulito e ben organizzato anche per 6 persone. Il posto è difficile da raggiungere in inverno seguendo la strada che propone Google Maps, ma lo staff è molto disponibile per aiutarvi a raggiungerla tramite una strada secondaria più accessibile. Ottimi anche i prodotti forniti dai proprietari.

Pros: Very happy with our choice the Oberkapillhof. Spotless facilities, that had everything we needed. Renovated bathroom with heated floor. We stayed there in December and it was comfortably warm in the apartment. Very hospitable hosts. Stanning view from the balcony. Location is convenient to explore Bolzano, Merano and surroundings.

Pros: La posizione era favolosa. I proprietari accoglienti e gentili.

Pros: Posto incantevole per chi vuole evadere dalla frenesia delle città e ritrovarsi immersi nella natura con possibilta di passeggiate e percorsi segnati molto comodi... I proprietari sono molto disponibili anche ad indicare luoghi da visitare e sentieri... L'appartamento era perfetto, pulito con tutto il necessario compreso biancheria da bagno e da letto... Il miele di loro produzione è ottimo!

Cons: Chiedere bene al proprietario la strada giusta per arrivare una volta che si è a Meltina perché quella indicata da google maps prevede una brutta salita...abbiamo scoperto poi che c'è un'alternativa panoramica molto bella...
