Great location, staff and overall experience. Would definitely recommend and would revisit.

Pros: Samuel and the Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was always very clean. Good boot storage in ski room. Good water pressure.

Cons: Breakfast could have been more varied. Some items seemed a little stale. Bathroom a little outdated.

Perfect base in the dolomites

Pros: Very good location. Very very clean hotel. Excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs, cold cuts, fruits, cereal, bread and cakes. Comfortable beds and pillows. Staff very nice and helpful. Exceptional value for money.

A truly enjoyable stay

Pros: Everything was excellent. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, which is not usually the standard in smaller hotels, so that was a very pleasant surprise. The only thing missing in the room was a small refrigerator -this wasn’t an issue for us since we stayed in winter and it was cold outside, but it could be something to consider during the summer months. Breakfast was delicious, and even though the food selection followed a similar structure each day, there was still more than enough variety to enjoy something different every morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and truly on top of everything. A great example of this was the day we were there when around 40 cm of snow fell -yet the parking area was perfectly cleared and well maintained. Highly recommended!

Pros: Cosy and Beautiful Family Hotel near ski area. Breakfast is daily served with fresh and good quality products. All the hotel facilities work very well. Aurora was very friendly and kind to give information about best ski routes.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.
