Great one night stay, I really liked the breakfast with the perfect cappuccino.

Pros: Great location, in the middle of Cles, with several restaurants close by. Breakfast was perfect, I chose cappuccino, one out of three cornettos, bread, jam, yoghurt, müsli and apple (the area is known for apple orchards). Clean and tidy, comfortable bed and with very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: I arrived in the evening and it was tricky to find parking. There are some public parkings around, they were just tricky to find in the darkness. I had to call the host 3 times, first to get in, then to find the hairdryer and then to get in a second time, because the door was difficult. My room was a bit cold, but I found an extra cover that solved the issue.

Pros: The rooms were clean and modern and the location was excellent, right in the center of town. The breakfast was included and was freshly prepared. Alex was as super friendly host and communication to get into the property was excellent.

Cons: The building is having some renovations done so when you enter it is a bit of a work in progress. Once you get up onto the apartment floors it is all neat and tidy again.

Pros: Our host was wonderful. He warmly greeted us, made sure we had a good parking spot and completely accommodated our schedule. The room was large and clean. Would definitely stay there again!

Pros: The location is in the city center of Cles. Rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast is ok.

Nice place in quaint small town.

Pros: Spacious and clean room, overlooking the towns' central old plaza. There are good restaurants nearby too. The host is also very friendly. I was able to park just at the other side of the plaza, in a public parking. (The public parking space was free at night). The place felt very safe. I would definitely go back. There was no A/C but that was not a problem as we kept the large windows open and the night air freshened the room. Italy was in a heat wave, but this town is nord, among the Alps, so the temperature was lower and acceptable. We had a dog, the place is dog friendly.

Cons: The pillows were kind of hard. That could be my problem since I am used to very soft ones due to my sleeping position. It would be nice to have maybe one of the pillows softer so the person can choose.

Pros: The staff was super-friendly and really caring. Very good location.
