Superb location between apple orchards
Pros: The location is simply stunning, between apple orchards, mountains and trees. The garden has a good amount of amenities such as table tennis, football posts and benches for relaxation. The rooms are fairly small and simple, but the balcony leads to the mountains and the views towards the mountains are superb. The property is also 200 m away from the village, making the location incredibly tranquil, while still within walking distance from the services of the village. The staff is friendly, speaks many languages and is always there to help. Parking is free and there are enough spaces for everyone. As a bonus, the property sells apple juice made locally.
Cons: The property has such good services, including breakfast that it is sometimes difficult to fight the urge to relax and leave early for the Dolomite activities.

Pros: Ferienpension Zummüllerhof is located in very nice place with beautiful view. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was tasty. The staff is very nice and communicative. Perfect place for families with children.

Pros: The staff was very hospitable and were quick to answer any questions or help with other requests. It was great te relax in the spacious garden and enjoy a cold drink and a great view after a day of hiking. The covered terrace is comfortable even when it rains. The self service bar has a great choice of coffee, tea, beer, sodas and great wines whilst being very affordable.
Cons: There were no real inconveniences. The only thing that could have made the stay better is a small fridge in the room for keeping any snacks and lunch for when going on hikes.

Pros: Everything was wonderful in this hotel. The rooms were spacious enough, the shower cabin was large, and the breakfast was simply amazing. But the most wonderful thing was the smiles of the people who work there. Guys, you create a very cozy atmosphere. A special hello to Maria :) I really hope we will come back to you again.
Cons: Wi-fi was a little bit slow in our room. In common areas it was ok.

Pros: Excellent location: a few minutes’ walk from the village centre and bus stop; regular bus connections are available to Mühlbach, Franzensfeste and Brixen train station. Cozy, tidy, clean house and room, super comfortable bed, peace and quiet, I could sleep long enough. Nice, very polite staff, great breakfast. I will go back if I can. Zummüllerhof is highly recommended.

Pros: Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The facilities and amenities for children were excellent - the kids' club, playroom, and outdoor playground kept our little ones happily entertained. But what really made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I want to especially thank Maria, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She greeted us each day with a warm smile, and her hospitality and attentive care made a real difference. This is easily one of the best family-friendly hotels we've ever visited. We highly recommend it to any travelers looking for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation.

Amazing Stay
Pros: The staff were amazing! Extremely friendly and went out of their way to help with recommendations and to make sure the guests have a good stay. The breakfast and dinner in a homely setting were also great as well as the beautiful and quiet setting of the hotel. It also has a fantastic outdoor area which we unfortunately didn't get to use during our stay.
Cons: Nothing at all. Would stay again in a heartbeat
