Pros: The hotel has a very nice location, in front of a small supermarket and a nice coffee shop. The swimming pool is warmish, and the sauna is nice. Our room was very clean and the staff was super nice.

Pros: Pool was very nice, friendly staff, room was big and facilities in the room were very good. The whole place felt and looked very modern and clean. Nice views of surrounding area, and balcony was nice too.

Cons: On two of the days there was no available parking so we had to park in a different nearby car park, meaning we had to get up early the next morning to move the car before getting a parking ticket. The double bed consisted of two mattresses, it would have been nicer to have it as one. The shower had no door.

Pros: The staff was super friendly and nice. Helpful when I needed any information about trips or bike rental. They even provide free bikes at the hotel. The room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Quite a big balcony was also great. We didn't go to the spa (it was already hot) but the outside swimming pool was great. WiFi was ok, we didn't have any problems with connection.

Cons: The bathroom was open, no doors on the shower, just the toilet. Not such a big deal, but it could have been done better.

Pros: The hotel was incredible, the staff were super helpful and we could not fault the stay. Villabassa is the perfect base for exploring the dolomites, and this hotel ticks every single box! The pool was a great edition, and having a kitchen was super helpful too. We loved our stay and cannot wait to come back!!
